im logged in but im unable to sit at any tables, anyone experienced this? when i open a table, it times out. already tried reinstalling.

My tournament tables are running fine. My cash tables wont load in, and wont let me close the table until I close ACR and restart it.

just went to virtual assistant and typed cancel payout and it gave me a tutorial but my withdrawal screen looks different than the one in the video, mine doesnt show "my cards and my history" and the last 10 days or whatever, is this common for other people?

Photo ID like a driver’s license or a government issued ID.

Clear pictures of the credit/debit card(s) used on our site.

Proof of Address like a utility bill with your name and registered address (no older than 3 months).

Why credit/debit when i only use bitcoin? If its to ckeck for all the Bots on site then i'am all for it.

It's a pre-made e-mail probably. You don't need to send CC data if you don't use it. Just send your electricity bill and drivers license and you'll be fine.
