Interesting that they do this to deter screen scraping bots while basically everyone's HUD programs scrape away flawlessly but I'm no bot expert.

nevermind, all I had to do was enable "Announced" events in my filter and the lobby appeared.

Would've been a sizable $70,000+ overlay for the $215 July 4th tourney so of course ACR decided to add one more flight today last minute to cover it now its over the guaranteed smh

I’m no Nagy fan but I’m not sure what either of you are expecting. Hey let’s just sit back and lose 70k or we could add another flight and get close? A site losing money isn’t good for the customers either. I’d prefer they stay around for a while rather than go out of business. They could also cancel our points and rake back to make up the difference. Don’t want that either

Commercial hud programs don't screen scrape the bets/pots/etc, they get the info from the hand history text files.

I expect them to run tournaments as originally listed not change rules at the last second, this shows extreme shadyness but is standard for Phil lol

Hand history files are written after the hands end, blitz hud works live.

Yes actually ALL hand history are written after the hands end. And Commercial HUDS like Pokertracker and Holdem Manger nonetheless get them from hand history. They don't screen scrape.

Ignition did something similar in their monthly milly tourney. While in the tourney, the lobby showed late reg. until level 10, until level 10 hit and then it was late reg until level 20.

Why do they need credit/debit when you cant use one? The only option i have is bitcoin. I'am ok with the other 2 i just think they have all they need from me.

The fast fold huds work a bit differently, they require being fed a custom file from the poker site that shows which players are seated at each position when the hand starts. The data collected from each hand still doesn't update until after each hand ends and it's all pulled from the hand history file, no screen scarping involved.

It's super easy to deposit and withdraw with bitcoin. They normally send you your bitcoin within 24 hours. They have the best software out of all the American sites, in my opinion.

A site losing money is great for customers if it comes in the form of them getting some of their money back. The site literally runs on $ taken from customers; it is not some independent entity taking a risk on you guys. If there is no player pool, there is no site. Keep this in mind and be more demanding/judgemental with the places that you choose to gamble. The casino/gambling business is literal robbery, but because they pretend it is not adversarial, you as a player are allowed to ask them to pay when they make mistakes or you get lucky (as is the case with a guarantee that doesn't garner enough entrants).

Don't even consider for a moment that ACR is going to go out of business. They are raking money hand over fist. In the past when there were overlays they would just freeze the tournament and cancel it in the middle of the event. This dude is a completely unreliable businessman and has never done anything except look to profit the most that he can from the poker community. If the site or he were in financial trouble this is the sort of human being that would just close shop and keep players money.

That's what I've been saying for years. Only the publicly available bots that beat nothing use screen scraping because it's unreliable. The actual bots harming the game inject itself directly into the site. This stupid **** changing the graphics every update is ludicrous, they must've ordered their software team from wish.com.

All of their changes to combat bots have been more to quiet complaints/inspire confidence than to combat bots. We already told them who the bots are. There are no security measures to take except shutting down the bots which they have refused to do without saying it for years now.

You misread. It was ALWAYS 20 blind levels. Most tourneys on Ignition stop registration with 10bbs left. This stops at 20bbs left.

If it was 10 blind levels, then it would be 40 or more bbs, still a deep stack regarding.
