Including the original $30 for making day 2 I got about $215 with 4 million chips. Seemed a little low but it looks like yours is much lower than it should be

I have almost every single thing turned off besides changing stack to big blinds, auto timebank, and I recently changed their awful sounds. Most of what they implement on updates isn’t needed. I just want to play mtts and not be bothered with all the gimmicks. I’m all for security, payouts, and gameplay stability. Without those 3 you have nothing.

Neither have I. I was middle of the pack on day 2 when it was cancelled. I have not gotten my share of icm, the bounty, or the $215 ticket. I have sent 2 emails and have gotten no response.

Acr customer support just sent me an email response saying it may take up to 24hrs to get paid out for the $215.

ACR is by far the most shady of the unregulated sites, they will be loving the new traffic they get from Ignition shutting their doors to us poor NYers. I just don't want to play here because I hear the blitz games are insanely hard in comparison to Ignition.

Get an account on Global, WPN, and BOL. Yes, you're going to be dealing with harder games than you're used to on Ignition at the same stakes but you're getting rakeback on WPN, there's The Beast, and you'll actually know who you're playing against. With everyone using huds/databases, it's a totally different world than what you're used to on Ignition. It's quite possible you might find it to be a better one when all is said and done.

Not to mention that playing in WPN games makes you that much better at the game overall.

I play on Global, Betonline, ACR, and Ignition. The only one out of those 4 that hardly ever makes any issue right is Ignition. They blame your internet connection, your computer, your browser or anything else they can come up with

I'm so happy to finally getting around to sharing my WPN (Winning Poker Network) experience with ACR and anyone else who happens to be reading this. For those who don't know, America's Card Room, Black Chip Poker and True Poker are all WPN "skins". Where to start? OK, call it a random sample; a condensation, not be complete in every detail but fairly expression of the essence of one slice of my experience with WPN.

1) Problem: My hand history only lasts a day or two even though I the specified in their program that it be saved for 30 days.

I asked for support and was told that some MS Windows function
blocking the hand history directory. I asked how their program can
save any hands in a blocked directory and they send me an auto
message asking if I was satisfied with their help.

2. Their program stopped responding in the middle of a big hand ( the turn). Nothing on my end indicated a lost connection. As in 1, the hand history is missing but have the hand history in Holdem Manager which it copies directly from WPN's hand history director as it is recorded. HM shows a seven minute break in which there is 100 bb more in my stack at the last hand before the break than in the first hand after the break. Manager copies directly from WPN's as it is recorded.

I contact support about this and they ask for a hand number. I
ask how I could find the hand number when the hand history has been
erased (HM2 does not copy the WPN hand number).
They asked if I'm satisfied. I send them a screen shot of the hand
history in Holdem Manager showing the time gap and unexplained
reduction in stack size. They again asked me for the hand number.

I am so happy to share this with all of you because I think it could help you, particularly if you're trying to decide which internet poker site to use. It helps me emotionally and if I'm lucky it might go beyond that.

They said up to 72hrs on twitter then contact support if you still haven't see any funds.

I'm sure it's all preference, but I don't find the blitz games that much different than Ignition. You have to play different, but they aren't hard.

The whole situation the other day is rather tilting. As much as they mess stuff up you'd think they'd have the PR side of things under control, it isn't that hard.

I’ve now emailed support twice asking for a breakdown of payments for the $16.5 250k guarantee, gotten nothing, been told by moneymaker the info IS on the forum when it is clearly not. Now being treated as if I’m asking for some top secret information and a burden while the face of the site is just making statements that are 100 percent incorrect. What a complete joke of a site and customer service. Tournament was cancelled Tuesday, don’t think it’s unreasonable to want transparent payout info 4 days after the fact while being just flat out lied to and ignored.

How do I get in touch with a competent costumer rep? I sent them a email questioning the fairness of their live blackjack and the 1st email came back stating their rng on slots is totally fair. Than I sent a 2nd email once again saying "live blackjack" and they sent me a email saying that their rng on poker is totally fair. Do they even read the emails? I am so agitated right now!
