I'd love to replace ACR's 'Begin Turn' sound with the Pokerstars one now we're able to customize audio files. Anyone done this? Or able to rip the audio file?

I had a spot in the 630 2.5mil Flight qualifier where there was 59 players left, the lobby said 1-58 get 1200$ and make day 2.

There was a 3 way allin. I had 1.3mil chips, other player 700k and the big stack had 2mil.

The 2mil stack knocked us both out at the same time. The lobby says player with 700k chips got 59th, and it says I got 58th. The lobby changed to 1-57 made day 2 with 1200$ after the hand.

I feel like I deserve the 1200$, what do you guys think? this happened in yesterdays 9am qualifier.

Every 9max sng of 10's, 15's, and 20's for every speed is missing from lobby. Come on.

At least 2 hours now with no hypers or turbos running. We randomly now have some $30 hyper 9 max and $50 OD but nothing else. What is going on?

This is pure speculation but I’ve seen this in the past when they have day 2s of mtts like the venom. Today there are 3 days 2s. I think they cut traffic so it runs smooth. Again that’s just a guess

Quite often the payouts in the lobby don't update in real time, but I have never seen them eliminate a place from the payout, only add more.

I don't think they have thought ahead on how the payouts work for these multi-day payouts; in the $15 one, everyone who started day 2 got an extra $34 about 5 minutes in.

I would say you to leave your comment on twitter; in a public setting where rec's see it, they are likely to address your concern promptly. They may ask you to contact support, but I've had more luck thru twitter than support. I don't think I can post their link here but it shouldn't be hard to find. Let us know

*edit* Thinking about it, you technically didn't make day two. As screwed up as it is, that is probably going to be their argument. I would still go for it, but that is the only thing I can think of.

I wish this was the case as it would show they aren't incompetent, just stupid. It looks like as soon as a format plays, it is not being refreshed, so all that is left are the never played SNG's.

Just as I said my day 2 mtt has been suspended. Waiting to see if it resumes. For some odd reason they can’t seem to figure out the 2 day events

I can’t say for sure but this is my second day 2 that’s been suspended. It could be a coincidence but I think it’s more likely it’s these events that causes it. Sucks because it’s been running good for a while. They seem to be a trial and error kinda company instead running thorough tests. Not really a good look especially if you have new customers playing

what else are we supposed to do... All of my tournaments are paused, is that the case for all the tournaments on WPN?

Iirc,if they shut down for an extended period they do payout based on current position?

1. Should any freeroll tournament be cancelled while in late registration, ACR will not offer any form of player compensation. If the freeroll is cancelled after late registration, the prize pool will be distributed via chip count to remaining players.

2. If the technical issue lasts longer than 2 hours, the tournament is canceled and refunded according to the following rules:

In late registration – If a regular, turbo/hyper or rebuy and add-on multi-table tournament is in late registration and is canceled, all players will receive the following compensation (including players who have busted): tournament buy-ins, rebuys, re-entries and fees back. It will be as if the tournament had never been played.

4. Running (after late registration has closed) – If a regular, turbo/hyper or rebuy and add-on multi-table tournament that is in a running state and not yet in the money is canceled, players that have been eliminated from the tournament will not receive any compensation for the tournament. Players that remain in the tournament will receive the following compensation: A. 1 buy in back (No re-entries, no rebuys or add-ons). B. The remaining prize pool (all guarantees are honored) will be distributed on a percentage basis according to each player’s chip stack, for example, there are 100,000 chips in play, the prize pool is $100,000. Each chip is worth $1, you have 25,000 chips when the tournament is canceled. You will receive $25,000 of the remaining prize pool. *The maximum payout cannot exceed the 1st place prize.

What pisses me off is this could of been avoided for me since I late registered in to a tournament that was suspended. Why suspend a tournament and make no mention of it in the lobby? Why accept registration in a suspended tournament to begin with? Not even a notification that the tournament is suspended when you confirm your buyin. WPN could at least not be dickheads and stop taking registration when they have a suspended tournament. Sincerely, everyone at my table.

They give everyone the lowest payout left, then split up the rest using a chip chop

Just my luck. I didn't see read this thread and go to register for a tournament and get the suspended tournament message. I should have thought it was odd that a tournament was still in late reg from hours ago but I figured the late reg was just really long.

Have they ever had this issue and not ended up cancelling the whole tournament? What takes place where this happens? this seems pretty ridiculous to have these day 2 tournaments today and then have them all crash in the middle of it.

It's a sign from the poker gods that you will win the tourney when the tourney resumes

They are restarting some in the next 20 min, not the day 2s they will be scheduled…so we are stuck waiting for 20 min
