I have a pretty good PC, but when I open more than 7 tables, it always starts to lag. Also, after about 40-50 minutes of play, the blitz tables start to lag. (does not happen at normal tables) Does anyone have any idea how this problem can be fixed?

can you tell through financial history when you get refunded for a cancelled tourny, if its missing (the refund part) how do i go about getting a refund. thanks

Go to the financial history tab, search for either a recent credit for that amount or look back to the MTT in question, then Money In/Money Out columns.

yeah can only see it go out, not back in. I assume refunds when mtt are cancelled are usually there right?

if quick, yes, otherwise as a random credit. You'll probably have to email support@ and ask for it. Expect delays, sadly.

I just recently started playing ACR again after a few years of taking a break. I downloaded the client, downloaded PT4, and got ready to rock. For some reason, hand histories are not populating in the hand history folder causing my PT4 to basically not work. Anyone know how to resolve this?

I've been forced to buy Holdem Indicator as an alternative, but would really like to use PT4 again. Thanks in advance.

Guys - this has got to be a dumb question but I cant figure it out.
I got setup on ACR yesterday, got my Bitcoin deposit in and I can play micro stakes NL games. However when I select low, medium or high stakes games it shows no tables running. Similarly when I select Blitz poker it shows no tables. This cant be right.

Any idea what I need to do to unlock these areas of the app?

EDIT: I just unchecked the "FILTERS" which was on by default and can see everything now. Unreal.

I don't like the new cards. I like to play full color cards with rank in white like this and they took it away. Like this, it's gone

its not gone, every deck design has a 'full color deck' option. although the old full color deck is not available weirdly

deck option 2 (full color deck) in the settings is basically identical to the one in your image, just doesn't have a white border around the outside of the cards

Found it. For some reason when it updated they switched me from full color to four color.

more than 48 hours ago, just before the update without knowing there will be an update, i tried to transfer my money from sportsbook to the poker account. it didn't happen. after trying 3 times, i got a message saying something like 'process interrupted please contact customer service' and couldn't log in for many hours afterwards. when i finally logged in, the money was nowhere to be seen. it seems it got out from sportsbook but never reached to poker account. emalied the cs like 24 hours ago, both PK(the skin i play) and WPN services but still no answer. any ideas what to do?

The usual idiots still bitching? ACR is constantly improving the software and imo its quite close to PS now with even better features like converting to big blinds. I played for hours last week and had no issues at all, which i never usually do. Seems like the usual suspects with crap pc's blaming ACR. Great job.
