Yes.

Software is worse than it used to be, but they still have the best software online.

During the crisis it was unplayable in certain countries because of terrible lags. Nothing was done to address that. During that time they rolled out an update that slightly changed the logo, which was hilarious.

Response time for emails is weeks to months. Cashouts are similar to wpn (2-4 business days) and they are pretty much stealing on exchange rates. Rakeback is nonexistent, which makes them significantly more expensive than wpn.

On the flip side the games improved/are not the toughest games online anymore, since the best regs moved to party poker.

It's pretty soft, and if there's bots they aren't really a factor or noticeable.

Not WPN, but have had this happen with Bovada. Happens from time to time as they have to constantly switch processors (middle men), they’ll make it right. In the future never take a check from any online poker site (unless regulated) as this is always a possibility.

Also, some banks won’t take the checks at all(lots of smaller credit unions for example) and some will. I used to not be able to cash mine with a teller because they’d flag them but depositing into the ATM worked.

I have noticed while multi tabling sometimes my stack will switch from displaying in BB to $ ... it needs to always display in BB.

Several times this has caused me to unintentionally shove a hand when raising and lose a stack.

I get that it's "my fault" for not looking at the betting box, but when you repeat the situation over and over again almost everyone is going to make this mistake at some point.

Guessing this could be intended as some kind of anti-botting tech but if bots can read $ they can read BB too.

Hoping this can be changed.

It doesn't randomly change, you clicked on your stack without realizing it, I've done it before too.

ACR banned me for speaking poorly about them on social media. I no longer recommend them as a good place to play, assuming you speak honestly on social media.

I suppose it's possible. Maybe changing that function to CTRL + Click, and getting rid of any automatic changes if they are coded in would be what I'm really asking for.
