ACREP you guys consider adding $30 on demands? I know the fear of adding buyins will thin player pool for each but 16 to 50 is a big jump, there are two sng buyin levels between that.

And on demands are full of multitabling sitncrush chasing regs that would be more likely to add 30s in addition to 16s or 50s than abandon them.

Anyone knows who is the forum support from WPN nowadays? I did a P2P transfer via ACR. The message says there was an error, so the money is out of my account, intended receiver didn't get it and this transaction is not shown on the history. Currently ACR doesn't have customer contact phone number or live chat. So I sent an email to support few hours ago and still no response. Any information will be appreciated. Thanks!

Can someone please tell me how you look up your points for Sit & Crush and Beast? Also, I had my rakeback "click to redeem" amount go DOWN the other day. The day before I redeemed a reload bonus. Could that have affected the rb? Very strange.

Thank you. That explains it. Just strange that is would show redeemable one day and then less the next. You'd think they wouldn't include bonus money in the redeemable rb balance. But bonus is cleared now so should be good.

After crtl+f a small search bar opens in the browser heading. Type your player name in it and will take you to your position.

SNC is not different. You can get RB, a deposit bonus, and the leader board bonus all at once.

When doing the calculation for SNC, you have to remember that RB and deposit bonuses/other bonuses are only based on 75% of the rake paid since 25% of the rake goes to the SNC rewards.

To the people posting about adding On Demands, you should voice your opinions on the poker.org forum that ACR runs (https://www.poker.org/forum/viewforu...20c08a2b30f037). It looks as if ACR doesn't monitor this forum anymore, and I doubt anyone will until they find a replacement for Winning_TD.

Dumb question:

Does ACR give BTC cashouts the BTC value at time of request? Or whatever it is 24+ hours later when they send it?

I'm asking because last night requested when BTC was like 11,700 and now it's down to like 11,200 - so will they send me last nights price? Or whatever it is when they actually send it?

I'm fine getting it at today's price, just want to make sure I'm not losing money as the price dropped but hadnt received yet
