There are two options VIP point or 27% rakeback. You're going to want the 27% rakeback. I think it lets you choose which one when signing up. Even if you end up with VIP points system when you sign up just e-mail support and they will switch your account to 27% rakeback.

Yes, I don't recall exactly how much points were in the account when they went missing but there was around 200k when they reset to zero. I was general for the first couple months of the year, I was trading the stock market collapse during Feb/March because of the pandemic and didn't go back into poker until I had lost general. But I came into the year with points.

Still no response when I told the rep that I need to have my ~200k combat points credited that disappeared from my balance. It's been 4 days since I contacted them. Have a feeling I'm not going to get them. Beware of this scam site.

Regarding Jonathan Little I find it highly ironic that kahn and boski which both ride the ACR gravy train attack one of the most reputable and honorable members of the poker community. ACR has defrauded and cheated me out of 4 figure sums not even considering the hundreds of thousands of dollars that I have been cheated out of by colluding bots each of the past 2 years and looks like they are going for a big heist this year as well. They treat their loyal customers like garbage and steal from them and lie, lie and lie some more.

Anyone know why customer support is taking so long? I sent them an email last night and no reply... Also sent a follow up email this morning. Not a peep. I don't think she's used that account for months and never tried to withdraw, so if there were any issues she never ran into them. Can two separate people not play poker on the same wifi connection? Nope. Combat points never expire. But they stole them from me. I was busy, that's why I didn't message until 5 days ago.

I remember something about combat points expiring after a year if you didn't use them or earn anymore. I don't remember the exact rules ( I'm now on rakeback) but to say they never expire is not accurate.
