Hey, I emailed them all the forms for the debit card a few days ago and haven't heard anything back yet. Do they just send you the card or do they send you a email confirmation before they send it?

They will likely just send you the card. I didn't hear anything back. Keep in mind the process isn't instant... it can take 2-3 weeks from the day you apply.

I got an email stating they they were sending me a new card (just looked and my exp date is 08/2012 so that makes sense. I guess it makes sense that this debit card payout is taking longer than previous. Checks are still coming fast tho.

They said that to me guess what it expires 6/14 so they said next step screenshots. Could be because card was going to expire for some people but when i told rep my date that seemed to speed things up. Like i said i got an email from ACR on friday and they said should hit card in couple days. Fingers Crossed

If I only withdraw by getting a check in the mail, do I have to send the same documents as someone requesting a debit card?

No, ACR plays a lot like Live Poker when it comes to seeing hands. You are very limited in seeing your opponents hole cards if you are not allin to the showdown. It is an interesting aspect of play and makes it a little harder to get a quick read.

exactly, thats their newest update on their terms and conditions. me and some other regs expressed concerns in a letter to support@americascardroom.eu

every pokerplayer there should do it.

the rule only applies to their heads up tables.

NO, Cilantro is trying to get people mad by misleading. They can only SIT at one empty table per stake while waiting for a game to begin. Once the game begins they can sit at another empty table in that stake level, and so on and so on.

No one should send a letter to the site IMO - This is what Pokersites need to do to stop the pig-headed actions of many regular HU players that ruin games and generate tons of complaints from recreational players.

Just from the quotes below it is obvious people are upset about it and the site decided to listen to complaints. As often happens when pigs slop it up, the reactions are possibly overdone to combat the actions.

I like this as I am tired of my lobby being filled with 15 hu tables with only one person sitting, then looking and seeing that its only 2 or 3 players.

3.4 Players may only sit at one empty heads-up table, per stake level, while waiting for a game to begin. For example, a player can sit one $2/$4 heads-up table, one $1/2 heads-up table, and one $0.50/$1 heads-up table, simultaneously. Any player found in violation to this rule will be subject to a 24-hour account ban. Repeat offenders will receive more severe punishments.

You can see a mucked hand at showdown, if your opponent was the last aggressor. If the opponent bets, you call, and YOU win, you can see their cards.

If YOU are the aggressor, and get called, show down and win, you cannot see their mucked hand.

To be honest, much as I would like to have this info as I did on Full Tilt and PokerStars, I think this system is way more fair. They only show cards when normal live poker rules dictate I should be allowed to see the cards.

The big sites show them at any show down, which never really made any sense, although I was happy to use the free info.
