Have requested an 8k bitcoin cashout on July 3th, still haven't received it. Is it normal for this to take more than 72 hours?

$109 80k Gtd and $66 50k Gtd are not running since they increased minimum entries to 40. With this requirement it will never run.

It's pretty insane how they bleed thousands of dollars every day and just don't care.

100% agree. Timer should not be long for pre flop decisions. I can see the timer being what is it for post flop

Dear Tournament Director,

Create a schedule of tournaments that your base is begging for, give us 2 hour max late reg, promote it a week-10 days in advance of starting it, let it ride for 2-3 weeks, adjust accordingly.

Yiles! This is not good. Same here. My last 2 withdraws got canceled over the last week. 1st one didn't even get an email about it, just refunded to my account.

They said I request too fast within a 72hrs of the last one. Well then maybe program your software to tell me that and not let me do the 2nd withdraw???

Really odd situation:

Made a couple deposits earlier this year and degen'ed them away. Decided to permanently close my account ($0 balance). I got an email confirming my account was closed.

Several days later, I get an email from support alerting me to some deposit refunds due to the security team identifying them as being 'at-risk', and as such they were refunding my deposits, and I had an outstanding balance of $X.

Sure enough, deposit refunds hit my CC. However, I had already closed my account several days prior.

Are they sending the mob after me? What now?

Played close to 12 yours a day, after first three days of July I had a total of 0 points. They started hitting in the 4th, but I appear to be very behind.

Yes and that's why they should adjust guarantees accordingly like literally every other poker site. Obv no-one expects guarantees to be the same as at lock-down weeks. Sadly they refused to decrease guarantees and implement 40 players mininimum to get these MTTs started so it never starts anymore

Has anyone had recent issues logging into their ACR account? ACR has seemingly forgotten my user ID. I have my password saved and when I went to log in I got a message stating my user ID or password is invalid. After trying a few passwords I then selected forgot password and a message popped up that my User ID was invalid after I input my email address. This has happened before and it worked itself out but this has been going on since last night.

I guess in blitz you move tables so will be unable to track lost allins where you get stacked.
