Sure, they've had some bumps with the software, but they always make things right. I've never once not been able to cash out my money. The rakeback rewards are on point. The site continues to grow. I promise you, they aren't causing any of these issues on purpose.
It's funny how much people complain yet continue to play. If you don't like it, then don't play. It's cool to post your issues, complaints, etc. once maybe twice. But god damn, you don't have to keep posting the same ****. And that's not just directed at you two. That's directed to everyone that constantly posts the same negative ****. We all get it after reading it once. We've all experienced similar issues. Multiple posters have told you to go directly to Winning_TD if you're having issues, yet most of you try to deal with the regular customer service and come back here and complain after it doesn't work out. SHOCKING.
IF YOU DO NOT LIKE IT, THEN DO NOT PLAY. IT'S THAT SIMPLE.
I haven't played online since BF but was looking at ACR and other options recently due to the pandemic. The lag/server crash and multi-account issues held me off from depositing on ACR and I certainly won't play there after the issues seen yesterday. So I have taken your simple solution to stop playing, but that leaves unsatisfied demand the site isn't accommodating.
I think it's perfectly reasonable for players to complain about major software issues that they're experiencing. Much different than a complaint about a week-long cashout or claims the games are rigged without proof. It seems ACR's software delivers a worse user-experience than unregulated offshore sites 15 years ago which is incredibly disappointing.
Do you think it would be better for players to stay quiet and not let others know ACR is experiencing major software issues? I started playing online in 2006 and have never heard of a 'misdeal', though I vaguely recall a site incorrectly awarding a split-pot at some point in the past.
