Are the games better than merge? I mean, I don't know. I don't really care.

I've used the debit card withdrawal option from ACR for like 6 months.
For example I withdrew roughly 2k tonight from mainly from the beast payout. I'll be able to withdraw that money from the ATM Saturday morning. Pokerstars cant beat that.
They can beat ACR in a million other ways. But fast withdrawals are all that matters IMO.

Just got mine wed it took about 7 business days. Now i'am having a hard time getting it to activate. I will wait til i hear from acr before i update.

I'm guessing it's more for next year. Nothing is lost by announcing it now.

Why on this lushes, vegetative planet we call Earth would you remove the ability to select your seat in the SNG's??!!! Now you can only sit in a lobby while waiting for them to start and have absolutely no control over who you sit next to!

Why are cash game players granted this ability but SNG players are disadvantaged?

Perhaps because you do not make any rake off of SNG's, so it is in your interest to make them so unenjoyable that traffic completely dries up, relieving your pathetic team of their maintenance while leaving their simple minds clear to focus solely on maintaining the rake-generating cash games.

Hi, I'm trying to deposit onto Carbon Poker and have reservations about using Western Union. They say they take Visa non-reloadable gift cards. They also need to able to be used internationally, which is a snag because all the ones i've found online say they can't be used internationally in response to new regulations as of april 2012. Does anyone a site that supplies gift cards for international use or have any other reccomendations?

While John Droe is being dramatic, it does suck really bad for sit n gos with the new update. Making the tournament lobby pop up and not being able to select your seat is horrible. Can this please be changed back?

Um well, before yesterday's update, americascardroom.com let you choose your seat in SNG's um,

and um, any mentally ******ed human could understand that um, I was not being um, literal um, when I said they make no rake on SNG's,

Um, it is just that the amount of rake they make is so um, insignificant compared to cash game tables that they um, do not have incentive to um, try and generate a lot of SNG traffic.

Hello i tried to send in my documents Id etc by faxing in order to withdraw but was not getting any response from the fax machine. I do not have a scanner so is there any other way to send in my documents?

Please fix the Sit n Go signups...back to how they were except hopefully fix that "Please wait...taking you to a tournament" bug where nothing happens. Right now you lose a blind as the game starts before you can even get to the table.

Also...What happened to the Omaha hyper-turbo heads-up matches? The $3 and $5 ones are gone...cheapest is $10. That makes no sense..

I just could not believe what you were asking for!? This is the only time I have ever heard of being able to pick your seat in any kind of tournement (be it sng or mtt) on any site or even live. There's a reason for that (obviously) so you can not gain an advantage of placing yourself in position of the (I hate the word fish - so I'll just say "less experienced" players - or in position on the maniacs) -- In cash games you can obviously do this by seat changes. In tournies it has always been that you can not make seat changes on your own or pick your seat.

I guess I was wrong - I guess ACR allowed that previously.

Again - I apologize. But as for picking your seat in the sng - well I can't imagine that they will go back to the old way. They must have discovered that it was a glitch before and corrected it.

And as a thinking player (which you obviously are) - you understand why.

Probably already mentioned since it's so annoying, but yet another MTT bug to point out. The listing of how many places are paid is almost NEVER consistent in it's two different locations in the tournament lobby. For instance, the tournament I'm playing right now lists 12 places paid in the lobby, but when you click "More Info" it only lists 7 places paid. Additionally NEITHER of these locations are consistently right: often a tournament will pay out more places than are listed in either location. The only way to know for sure whether or not the bubble has broken is to check to see if the last person eliminated has a $ amount next to their name. And since hand for hand play doesn't even exist (lol?), you can sometimes be playing on the exact bubble without knowing it.

I guess add that onto the laundry list of inexplicable MTT issues.

The 'More Info' button 100% always has the proper places paid (but doesnt have the exact amount paid if the MTT goes over the gtd - marks it as $x + %). The problem you are likely having is that you must make sure the proper player number range is shown in the drop down menu right under "Prize Structure: This prize scheme displayed below will be awarded if the tournament starts with the following number of players"

Of course you should not have to manually change the player numbers yourself, but that's the way it works at the moment. You will always get accurate paid places if you make sure this number is correct.
