I'm one of those players who has been sitting on the sidelines (for several months in my case) waiting to see if the mess following the major update would get cleaned up. Live play is obviously not an option. I have been playing on Juicy Stakes Poker and I really need another option. I wanted to have at least three good options this year. That hasn't worked out very well.

Two days ago I decided to read the recent posts on the 2+2 WPN forum thread and see what was going on. It was not good. There were a lot of complaints about bots and other issues. Still, after reading for about half an hour, I decided to hold my nose and play the cheapest tournament that I could find.

At least there wasn't a complaint on every page that ACR was stealing their money. I decided to go for it without much of my money at risk. I found a 25¢ freezeout.

It was confusing. A lot of things just were not quite right. Two examples:

1. A banner for the one-table HUD covered up the numbers (chip stack) of one of the players.

2. To go all in I had to click twice, once on the all-in button and again using another button to confirm that yes, I indeed wanted to go all-in.

The next day I played a deepstack tournament. During play, I turned to talk to my wife. She told me that I had just autofolded. I spent about a half an hour trying to figure out what might be wrong. I kept folding and I kept trying to figure out what was wrong. I gave up after half an hour.

I came back again after still another half-hour, just as I saw the word “server” disappear. I wasn't able to read anything else in the sentence.

I gave it one more try today, and I got this when I opened the site:

We're under maintenance. Check back in 30 minutes.

The above was on my screen for more than 30 minutes.

anyone else having trouble getting PT4's hud to work on blitz? works fine on reg speed tables.

My average buy in is $108. I make a lot of noise cause I dont like to be stolen from or lied to. Nothing is transparent on this site and thats all scumbag phil nagy says is that he wants to be transparent. Wheres the independent audits? wheres the transparency from the "security team" that doesnt exist that is actually doing something to combat bots and cheating? Where is the transparency for anything that is supposed to be going on to instill integrity to the site? Where are our rake points and rake back that has been missing and ****ed up for weeks? Wheres the transparency on why that isnt done correctly and automatically? Site has house bots stealing everyones money and im sick of it. Its too ****ing obvious to anyone that puts in volume.

Where has anything that he said he wanted to be transparent about actually happened? This guy is a stuh stuh stuttering baboon that just talks around and in circles on everything while being defensive about things that he wasnt even asked about. "The one thing I want is to just be transparent" "I dont want you to trust me I want you to trust what we do"

Watch the first 40 minutes of this interview and honestly ask yourself if theyre doing anything he said or if its just gotten worse and or ignored? This guy isnt a ceo he looks like a lacky that organized crime hired to be the face of this all and just take the heat from the community. He comes across as one of the most ignorant and uneducated humans of all time and is just constantly on the defensive about how "HE" didnt do this or "HE" didnt steal from people and superuser when thats not even what the question was.

Anyone with any intelligence should be able to watch that and realize hes lying thru his teeth non stop and nothing at all is transparent or ever will be with ACR cause its a ****ing scam and insolvent and theyre cheating and stealing from everyone. knock knock: whos there? I had just hopped in first tournament of the day, started getting the spinning/loading wheel, couldn't get tourney lobby to load, so exited out of software. Now can't get back in. It starts a Live Update, but then you get a popup that states: "The connection to our server has been interrupted. Please check your network. Click the OK button to reconnect." You click OK, and it just goes through this same process.

I'm just going to stay off of ACR until they get these issues ironed out.
