ACR crashes if I have DriveHud running? My Laptop is new 16GB RAM, etc

Doesnt open for me, when i try to re-install, opening everything as admin, i get the error message "setup was unable to creat the hand history directory, access denied" and it closes

Pretty sure it's a drive hud problem, they were talking about it in there thread, drivehud crashed acr for me to, but pt4 was working fine

Holdem indicator isn’t working and when I try to use PT4 it says my computer’s date and time needs to be set right even though it is. Any ideas?

I keep getting booted off from cash tables without sitting out or anything. Just kicks me off the table.

Anyone else have this issue?

This most recent time I was up 4 buy ins and had a huge whale I was pounding on.

Do you think they do this when you are winning too much?

Any input much appreciated

Yeah, it's obviously a conspiracy to stop certain individuals from "winning too much" even though the site makes money from raking individual hands regardless of who wins or loses those hands.

Latest update is terrible.

Across several tables, a seat was opened up on each table and it remained reserved for hours as nobody on the wait list could get on it.

Can also confirm of randomly being booted out of my seat with no disconnection error messages popping up.

I'm getting the exact same message with BCP, i tried to log-in earlier and it said the file to hat shortcut doesn't exist anymore, would i wish to delete the
desktop shortcut? I tried several times to download BCP as ACR is working fine but i keep receiving error message exactly the same as above, i have run out of ideas what to do as this is becoming tiresome. I already went through this only a few weeks ago and finally i managed to download BCP and it installed and now it's happening all over again. Any help would be appreciated in trying to resolve this matter.

Download new setup file from the webpage, then uninstall BCP from computer. After that I'd suggest putting the downloaded file on your desktop for easy access, then restart your computer (very important). After the restart download the file and you'll be set.
