List shows multiple tournaments that are “100% refunded” yet I have no refunds.... would be nice to know if they’re idiots or it’s on some sort of delay as everything ships out. Such a PITA having to beg and double check if you’re getting paid correctly. What a ****ing **** show.

Seriously, has anyone noticed the change in the player pool? Mostly everyone I played with, all of those accounts are gone after WPN Banned accounts. But the people I played with were not on the banned list WPN provided. They also did not move up or down stakes, I looked.

Double refunds a couple of times but I just buy in all my balance so lets see if the freeroll works!!!

I'm pretty sure it was after late reg when problems occured. Its funny how they f'ed up the payback for that tourny. I see on my report, they credited me $88 2 times for this event and then took it away bc they must have made an internal mistake regarding the payout of that tourny.

I find the transaction log on the client kinda crappy. I wish they would email you what was refunded and a breakdown in a clear document. I wouldn't be surprised if they goofed on refunds but who knows. I'm just trusting they get it right. Still think they should pay a premium to the players that took time out to play the tournies and didnt get a finished product. Kinda pathetic. Still think the site will go down saturday or sunday due to heavy traffic.

I played the MOSS events today and the site was super laggy at points. I was kinda worried it was going to be part 2 today but didnt happen. I got worried ITM in some events bc I got timed out and had a connect message pop up 3-4 times. Not sure if it was the site or my internet connection but i got the "i'm back bubble" on all tables and found it obnoxious as it tried to fold hands i was in. (important spots also itm)

I believe so, at least if this is Tournament 16809767--they seemed to have refunded me normally for this tournament, revoked the refund, and then paid me out according to ICM, which would imply it did indeed make it out of late registration. Was actually a pleasant surprise because apparently I had a stack worth $500 (no recollection of this), but I digress...

All tournaments and cash games unexpectedly(?) shut down a few minutes ago.

Just got all my refunds at noon today, Phil is on live stream telling people that all refunds have been sent which I know for a fact is a lie

The $109 Warm Up was still in late reg when tourneys started shutting down, I know because I checked the lobby multiple times in trying to calculate what I would be owed. Also, the $88 MOSS event was still in late registration, again as I checked before giving up on the session Sunday.

Although I do not have a screenshot, the $109 WU started well before the $88 MOSS event. If the $109 WU was still in late reg and BI's were refunded, why would the $88 have been out of late regged and chopped with ICM?









ACR conveniently removed the tourneys from their lobby. I'm on with support right now trying to get everything I'm owed back but the numbers they are giving me definitely don't add up to what I'm actually owed.

This seems to happen everytime refunds are due. I contact support until they just tell me nothing more will be done. I'm really hoping this time is different but it's not looking good so far.

The 109 warmup had 5 hours late reg. The 88 had 3 hours late reg.

That's fine and all but both were still in late reg when everything was shutdown and I know that for a fact. I was one of the only people still playing on my $22 50K table (which I haven't been refunded for yet.) I was checking all the lobbies to make sure nothing came back as Phil was on stream claiming things would restart.

Once he was done with the acting job and announced cancellations I finally gave up on the session and checked one last time to make sure both the $109 and $88 were in late reg to calculate my refunds.

Also, why aren't the lobbies up from the tourneys that were chopped via ICM?

When the site crashes the lobbies of the icm chops are never there. I’ve never seen them because I’ve looked when the site crashed often a year ago
