Refunds I got from yesterday's crash are ridiculous, without breakdown or anything like that.

woke up with refunds for 1/9 of mtts that closed late reg yesterday
Will probably take 72 hours

Did the $88 MOSS / 150k GTD get ICM chopped? My refunds are a little light and doesn't look like they $88 ICM chopped it..

I was refunded most possibly all of my buy ins. the $88 was refunded to me then the refund taken away with the explanation that the tournament was already past late reg and would be icm chopped so im sure everyone will get the icm chop if you were still in tourney.

Theyve said 24-72 hours on the refunds so if you havent gotten it yet give it some time. Phil was saying on the stream yesterday (paraphrasing) they would have to go in and manually refund every entrant for some of the tournaments.

So whatever tournament those were, I could see refunds being delayed.

is there any way to leave notes on players in the blitz pool, usually the hand is over and i cant find them again to leave a note. can you do in the replayer somehow or some other method im missing?

That's what I don't understand. Players are getting screwed, but WPN has to also be losing a lot of money because so many players have been, like me, sitting on the sidelines for months, hoping that someday everything will work.

If their crew can't fix it, how about consulting with some of the big brains from Google or Space X? Maybe Bill Gates (a poker player) could take a look at it*--a tech wizard who understands poker and plans to eliminate polio from the earth could probably fix it in a week.

Of course, Bill Gates has better things to do than fix a poker site, but you get the idea. WPN, if you can't fix it, just find someone who can!

my horse and i are missing hundreds of dollars in refunds.

yes, we've both accounted for all events no longer in late reg as well as satellites. last night at around 1am PST, we were both still missing money but figured it would be rectified by this morning.
wake up this morning, and we have less money than we did at 1am, instead of more as we're supposed to.

is this some sort of bad joke: i logged in earlier today and had almost full refunds of yesterday, then right about now i logged in again and they took back some of that money. This is really not acceptable, no other serious Pokerroom would do this. I got generously refunded when 888 crashed a year ago. what can we do against this injustice?

For people complaining, just keep good records and make sure you get the full refund in 24-72 hours. I feel ACR is normally slow at giving back money/rewards. it generally takes 2 days for my rakeback account to correctly reflect $owed from a session.

And Nagy... hmmmm i lose respect for the guy when he plays $25 a spins on slots and talks about promos he wants to run to pay back the players. Just give us a site that works when there is insane traffic. If you know the site will go down, maybe spread out the mtts and don't go crazy offering sick gtns for low buy in events that are a lock to get insane traffic.

Like i've said, I expect this to happen next weekend again but hopeful it doesn't. Its quite obnoxious when a player puts in 3-5 hrs in an mtt and has a solid stack and then just gets a bs refund. Players should receive some benefit from this massive fckup but its never going to happen. Im waiting for them to increase gtns and lower reg time for next weekend which will just lead to even more insane volume which def will shut down the mtts.

Only thing i can say though is I do feel Nagy did feel bad about it and probably lost a lot of money from rake yesterday. I like ACR and what they offer but its really annoying to players that have huge stacks in super soft fields when they don't get to try to bink the mtt. Someone prior said they shut the site down on purpose (or speculated) since they weren't going to hit gtns. Maybe i'm stupid but it seemed like all mtts were going to hit gtns or get very close at least where this wouldn't even be worthile to pull and piss off players so i feel that speculation is stupid asf.

I'm also missing $$. For the tournys I fired multiple entries they have only refunded 1 entry. Other tournys that were in late reg I haven't received any.

Hopefully it will be made right int he next 24. But not counting on it.

Yep, I got a refund yesterday for the $16.50 MOSS #3 that was gone when I logged on today. Doing live chat now and they at least admitted that was a mistake so hopefully everything will work out correctly.

As for the twitch stream, am I insane to think that guy should never ever ever play on the site he is CEO of?

This morning I had been correctly refunded for all of my tournys....I log onto acr this afternoon and it took away 2 of my refunds and said, "reversal of double refund" does anybody know what that means? I was still in both tournys and late reg was not over yet!

yeah i had the same thing. Also they took back two 88$ moss bullets they refunded earlier. they just take from our accounts whatever they like. this is so incredibly unprofessional. its also kinda scary that they can just take money from our accounts.

3. Moss #5 twice for $33.00 each.
4. $50k GTD twice for $22.00 each.
5. $20k GTD Cyclone twice for $6.60 each.
6. $40k GTD Cyclone for $6.60
7. $40k GTD Cyclone for $16.50

My refund log looks like this:
1. Refund of $16.50
2. Refund of $22.00

4. For the $33.00 tournament 1 time instead of 2 (and it was also reversed)

I'm down $31.90 overall in that mess, which isn't a huge deal, but the cluster**** that is this refund log is kinda scary. Does anyone there even know whats going on?

WPN going back to their time as Yatahay always makes good with money and refunds in my 10+ year experience on the network. It's an absolute shitshow but you guys will get refunded.

Did you guys submit any claims or it just showed up automatically?
