my $50 bonus progress bar is not increasing. is it just lagging or am i not able to recieve it? fwiw i am still clearing the original deposit bonus. not sure if that affects it at all. TIA.

This weekend I was locked out of their tourneys.
All tourneys at ACR were halted, cash games continued.

Sent several e-mails to them to refund my $18.50 buying
and they refuse to even respond.

Don't you think you're jumping the gun just a tad? Until they respond and say they aren't refunding your money, your post is speculation. It's only been a day, maybe two? Perhaps they have tons of email to catch up on and they're not "refusing" to answer your emails, but they haven't gotten to it yet.

The easiest way to check for Rakeback payments is not the rewards tab. Click on 'My Account' Tab on upper middle of the lobby, then click 'Transactions'. Scroll down and you will see any Rakeback Payments that have been made.

They just made good on this and payed out the rake they owed me and I'm good to go.

I like ACR so far. But please...

1) MORE TIME BANK!!! This must have been stated and I understand you guys need to make money and want to keep the games moving, but perhaps for every 30 minutes you spend at a cash game table you get an additional 12 seconds. Or just give us 60 seconds for every hour we play. Whatever, it just needs to be more than 12 seconds.

2) Can I just always get a double auto rebuy in a tourney and not have to constantly keep reclicking? It's so annoying.

3) Why can't I just rebuy as soon as the rebuy tourney starts? Why only one stack? It's ridiculous.

4) And why do I always have to miss a hand after a double rebuy? And why are addons given one hand after the break.... This is also absurd.

5) And finally, it is absurdly annoying that when my time bank expires I get a pop up telloing me my hand was folded and I have to click ok and then I have to click "deal me in" at the table! Just deal me back in when I click ok or give me the option on the popup window to be dealt back in or to sit out. When I have 6 or 8 tables going and a crappy little time bank as it is, having to do that extra clicking really sucks and is pointless.

Other than that, I enjoy ACR a lot.

Been playing about 4 weeks now, and would like to offer my findings. Being a full time Full Tilt player back in the good ole days of online poker, I have to ask...

Why not just copy it!?!? All right, not copy, but come on... from a user standpoint, its the best software out there. OK, OK, I know, you can't just copy other's people work... *cough* *cough* bull****! OK, but in all seriousness... at least look at there software, what works and what doesn't.

A few suggestions:

ISSUE #1: TOURNAMENT DETAILS
While I'm in a tournament, this is the process to look at the tournament details:

• Find the main ACR screen
• Click Game Info
• Click My Tournaments
• Click The Tournament I Am Entered In
• Finally, Tournament Details!

ISSUE #1: SOLUTION
User's hate clicks, keep clicks to a minimum. Put a Click Here for Tournament Details button on the table

ISSUE #2: TIME
I completely agree with others concerning TIME. Holy incredibly short time frames BATMAN! I mean seriously, I get up to take a piss, grab a sandwich and a beer and come back to find that I have to reseed myself back on the waiting list for a ring game I was in. COME ON! That's just not cool. Give me time to take a bit of a break... please. And, like others, sometimes we just need time to freaking think! 12 seconds just isn't enough! Neither is 20!

OK, that's all I have for now. I'd just like to say... good job so far. I still think there is so much room for improvement, but the product is good, the customer service is good and I am happy to have found this site in this troubled time of online poker.

I recently requested a 500 dollar cashout and ANOTHER 500 dollar cashout (I had a good night, and need some cash). Is there any way to make both of these 500 dollars into ONE 1,000 dollar check to avoid some fees?

What is the best way to get rake back through ACR? I've never played on either ACR/True and I'm thinking about depositing but only if RB is possible. I wasnt sure if I should a site like raketherake or rakebrain or just email them directly.

Would you guys consider adding actual freezeout tournaments?

RB is 27%, and AFAIK none of the affiliates have exclusive promos for ACR so just go with an affiliate you trust.



Cashouts are what ACR does right, checks take 2-3 weeks from request to arriving in the mail. This is from personal experience from multiple cashouts over the past year. There is also a debit card feature that takes a bit of work to setup, but is great once you have the card. You withdraw funds onto the card from your poker account, then go to random atm's to cash out the balance. Only takes a few days at most for funds to arrive.

So I dont have a utility bill to confirm my address or anything, as I sublease and the guy who pays the bill is in a whole different state. I just transfer him the funds VIA bank of america. Now they want a statement with my address on it for the card I used....but what the hell. Where do you find a statement with the address?
