This probably only applies to a small percentage of this thread, but I just figured I'd mention that the First Deposit Bonus has not been working since the start of 2020. My last $1.00 per 27.5 AP was credited on December 30, 2019. Similar to the Blitz Promo hand counter not working, it seems as if the AP counter for this year is not working. My bonus expires on February 6, 2020, and I wouldn't be surprised if this isn't rectified before then. I've emailed Support and talked to Live Chat 5 or 6 times, and I always get the same response that my case has been "escalated to the department in charge, please allow us more time to resolve the issue."

I also think it's ironic that Phil Nagy, who is typically all over Twitter and responsive to players, has been MIA from Twitter since the start of the year/Blitz promo.

Has anyone ITT heard from Winning_TD since the start of the year?

Yeah I specifically only wanted to do $100 worth of bonus. Played 2771 hands according to HM3, and Blitz tracker says 2488, 12 short of my goal I successfully passed. LOL.

now i have a new blitz bonus builder that ends in Feb and the initial one completely gone with no way to redeem? some kinda glitch probably..literally saw my first progress bar and refreshed it and then it switched to the new one

So now you have to "clear" the bonus, which means for every 875 ACR Points you earn, you'll get $25 of your created bonus released to you. Oh, and you don't get Rakeback when you opted into the Blitz Bonus.

I feel like a sucker for playing the Blitz promo...I "earned" $400 in bonus, but now I have to unlock it? 875AP points to free $25 of bonus that I "earned" means I'd have to pay $170 in tourney fees (not entry costs, but fees) just to get the $25 that I earned.

Like when you male a first time deposit. You got the 100% bonus, now you have to unlock it

I can only imagine how many people who do not frequent 2+2 who woke up today thinking that there would be extra money in their account from the promotion.

As botched as this promo is, if people think they could auto-fold into free money that's their problem not ACR's.

I'm genuinely curious how do they get a "misdeal"? I just flicked open a tournament for the first time in a bit and connection is really bad.

Also just got a message "this hand is a misdeal..."

EDIT: Now I'm disconnected from the tournament. This happening to anyone else or something actually up with my connection? (I'm posting from the same computer now so I don't really think so but I guess you never know.)

EDIT 2: Even more puzzling I can load up tables from other tournaments and observe just fine...

1. Your face must be visible holding a recent ID. At the beginning of your session, please give a quick look at the camera as well, stating your UserID.
2. During your play at the tables, the recording must be of sufficient quality to see and track the activities that are taking place on your desktop. Please *do not* record Vertical video or embed files in .ZIP or .RAR files as this will further delay our inspection.

So it's honestly pretty ho-hum at this point but here I am, updating the thread that I have 4 buyins stuck at blitz right now, tables all popping up "disconnected" despite internet no issues.

Today oddly got kicked out of a tournament and can't get back in even though my other 3 tables are working fine however everything is kinda slow and buggy.

This site is def managed poorly. I had a 3k deposit cancelled bc they needed id from me which i provided. They never adjusted my balance so I had to reach out to customer service to have $3k added to my account. Oddly it was very easy to have the money added to my account in which case I just withdrew that right away. I'm hoping my checks work and don't bounce but i have no idea. Got checks from Canada so hoping they work but idk.

Currently going through a gross downswing. I ran godly when i opened my account and now having trouble just winning a simple flip in an mtt. I see some really odd play on the site. A few early all in calls in mtts for heaps from crap hands make me question the site. I like the mtt offerings but this site def makes me go hmm. I def feel mtts have some bots still. I honestly hope this isnt shut down but i feel this place is going down soon. The fact they use different vendors to hid deposits from credit cards and the fact they use a 3rd party to send money to players via checks.... I think sooner or later this site is going to have a black friday like full tilt /stars.

Live Chat says tournaments are paused for 30 minutes because of issues with the site. I can't say I remember a time that the site has crashed when they weren't in the middle of an OSS or Freebuy series. They shouldn't be experiencing any spike in traffic on a random Saturday.

Looks like the $33 SSS $20k GTD was cancelled, and most everything today was removed from lobby.
