New year same story. I actually find it comical to check this thread now. If you would’ve asked me 8 months ago if I thought this would last into 2020 I would have said no fkn way. Here we are though LOL. If you were to ask me if this terrible software will continue into 2021? I have no doubt it will. Why would I think otherwise

When it comes to the software, the days of giving WPN the benefit of the doubt are over. The software is a disaster. One thing I don't think I have seen mentioned when people talk about the missing hand histories is the potentially missing rewards/rakeback for those hands. It isn't a huge leap in logic to think that if the hand doesn't create a hand history, then it didn't create rackback/rewards.

Think about all the big hands missing free on your database, then try not to throw up thinking about all the potentially missing rackback/rewards. I feel for anyone with limited options of places to play.

I haven't played here for a couple of years... wanted to play again, but by reading this thread it makes me think i should never in a million years play there?

Is the software really that bad? Really that much collusion? Really that many bugs? Why do people even play there then... I don't get it, is it that soft that it makes it worth it?

I’ll be as honest and fair as possible. There is extreme lag daily no matter what computer you’re on or how much traffic the site has. If you can get past the lag you will get random disconnects from cash and mtt tables. If this doesn’t bother you, the incorrect rake back or incorrect Vip points may sway your decision. If you still wanna play you’ll have to navigate the infestation of bots at cash and mtt tables. The crashing tourneys have subsided but I have confidence they will return. I’m sure I’m missing a few things. Feel free to add to this

I mentioned this months ago but it was brushed aside. Based on my database, I can almost certainly guarantee that missing HH’s aren’t generating rakeback. I’ve received rakeback on the amount of rake paid that’s tracked.

This the the main reason I withdrew all funds and haven't played on WPN in months. I just don't understand how this issue has not been resolved yet. It will be close to a year soon, right? ...and this issue is still ever present. It feels like a bug that most other sites would have rectified within days if detected and I don't really see how there could be much difficulty in testing and determining what was/is causing the missing hand history. It almost feels deliberate at this point but I'll give WPN the benefit of the doubt in incompetence rather. Still not depositing a dime on this site until this issue is remedied.

What were the goals of the upgrade. PKO's, zoom, and mobile? I'd say they are maybe 1 outta 3 nearly 7+ months later

I miss stud 8 cash, customizable sounds as well as the ability to edit my cards. I would give my left nut to get those back

Not having custom sounds keeps me off the site a bit. The start of turn alert (only sound I use) is annoying and intrusive to where I don't want to use the site with anyone else in the room (like if I'm watching TV with the wife). I had it swapped out with the pokerstars beep on the old software and that was fine.

Plus the only reason I had money in the first place was to play tons of micro PLO just to get the hand histories for study purposes, and with crap HHs that's out. Spins are out because of the hhs... the only thing playable are the on demands as most of the other MTTs are longer then test cricket.

On the good side those weird new on demand bounty tournaments with the goofy blinds are kinda fun.

But what are other options for USA based players. Ignition/Bovada anonymous and zero rakeback, BetOnline - no rakeback, no trafic.

What stakes and game types? I just had a quick peak at the ACR lobby and there are several stakes, outside of the micros, where there are more regular NLHE cash game tables running at the equivalent stakes on Chico/BetOnline.
