At the end of the day, the happy ending is a scenario like the one we all saw in early May 2019, when they identified these and gave partial refunds. And quite frankly, the amount scares me that I would be owed. Yes they are exploitable and yes the games are enticing enough with the jackpots and multipliers regardless of their presence. But I feel like there is a staggering difference between my winrate vs ANY OF YOU 2 (all due respect) and ANY OF THEM 2. Why? Because NONE of you EVER bluff 3 streets with 92o on a QJA board when I have KJ or A8, for example. Obviously this kind of example could extend to millions of other combinations of such situations where a mediocre/probably good holding is forced out or to make a hero call. What I am posing is: what if these situations came about the typical 5% of the time instead of EVERY GAME?
Just out of curiosity dusk, what stakes do you play on the jackpots? I’ve f**ked around a bit on each of the three stakes on WPN and a bit on ignition. The fact that it’s a hyper format with 500 chips, the things you’re describing don’t sound unreasonable. Even your example of folding to a 20 chip bet into a 200 chip pot isn’t absurd if they only have 400 chips left in their stack and it’s a river bet that they absolutely can’t win (23s on a board with overcards for example)
Again, I’m not saying you’re wrong, but if every player came to this forum with a list of players that did something they think is weird or “inhuman”, the thread would get clogged, every player on WPN would be “outted” as a bot (ESPECIALLY the fish that are doing stupid **** because they’re learning the game) and the players that are actually putting in hundreds of hours studying bot patterns like HoG get lumped in with you and get taken much less seriously.
If you’re going to accuse players, come with data. Don’t just give names with anecdotal evidence then say that you’re working on more. It seems very slapdash, especially when you post a list then add another name within an hour to it. It just makes no sense. You’re going to turn the forum into a witch hunt. Bots are a serious problem but we don’t need random accusations with no data to back it up. HoG has tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of hands to back up accusations, and even then he sometimes doesn’t out these bots (whether that’s because he’s unsure of his accusation or for personal reasons, I’m not sure and you’d have to ask him).
You even say that of the accounts you listed, you’re sure SOME of them are bots. Wtf does that mean? Which ones are you sure of? Why? If not all of them, why are the rest on the list? It just makes no sense.
