I think the sharkscope tracking is super scuffed. According to mine I'm on a $4k down-swing over my last 275 games, which is almost impossible given my ABI. Literally means I would have had to brick EVERY single one of those 300 tournaments. I also track profit/loss daily in an excel doc and that figure is not even close to what sharkscope suggests.

I realised this doesn't really answer your question lol. I just would take WPNs tracking with a grain of salt.

Since you are about to run a Blitz promo to start the new year off, how about you open up more PLO Blitz stakes so that the game actually runs. The current two stakes offered are too low and too high to interest most recreational players. Really only two stakes offered? Seriously? Stop shafting PLO with regards to Blitz.

Having an issue with ACR and hh. Some hands don't get pulled to HEM2.

I can see the hand history in client, which has save for 30days option. However, these hands seem to disappear after a few minutes.

Checked my folder where hh are saved in windows and everything disappears after a few minutes also?!

Just started playing there again and when looking at the tournaments on sharkscope individually I couldn’t see anywhere showing how many times a person re entered when I was sure they did multiple times. Also you are right I have been looking up lots of players last 2 days and it seems like so many are winning players according to sharkscope. Also they’ll be like losing money overall but have some like 50% roi , none of it make sense. Wonder how far off it is .

If you sign up directly with ACR you will automatically be enrolled in Elite Benefits program which unless you are going to grind a ton (5-6 days a week, 8-10 hours a day) isn't nearly as good as the rake back program (27%). To get the rake back right away I think you have to sign up with an affiliate but you can just email ACR customer support or ACR live chat and ask them to switch you to rake back after you've signed up directly with ACR. I believe if you switch to rake back you can only switch back to Elite benefits once and then you can never go back to rake back..

anybody else dealing with an issue where tournaments are issuing 0 players points half the time...since August 1st

this is ridiculous...ive contacted 8 different agents through live chat every few weeks over the last 4.5 months...8 different agents...each one promising an email within 24-72 hours...every single time- it has been a lie. Not one email...each agent saying that they apologize for the last agent

at this point, it has to be a site directive to cut player rewards...its just so sleazy

PLO players are getting shafted because of the extremely limited only two stakes offered at PLO Blitz that are too low and too high to be of any interest to most recreational players. I speak from experience because I usually am the only one sitting in either pool for hours on end trying to table start.
