Blitz $50nl froze on me yesterday and a bunch of stacks didn't go back into the account. How do you find the game history or something where there stuck. Support just said they will auto go back after 30 mins.

Go into your account, then financial history. The games that have a timestampbwith the year 0000 are the games that got stuck. Screenshot them and try to email CS, but you're better off sending your info...player name, account, and the screenshot and PM winning_td. He will resolve it in minutes for you. Although its friday and might not be back around until Monday.

Anyone having issues opening the poker client? I re installed the client and it still won't open. Just curious if it's working or down?

I set the search filter back to 1st jan 2000?

Still only shows dates from 2019 even tho i've played before that.

The HUD doesn't work, but HM2 still records the hands somehow.

Surely if Zoom works, there must be a way to get the HUD to work.

Someone posted that to get the hud working for fast poker they need to start writing the hand history as the hand is progressing. So it's on WPN if that's true.

I have no clue if that's accurate but it sounds right.

All hands are written after the fact, the HUD works on Stars Zoom. Programmatic nightmare to write hand history while playing. They need to re write the hud for changing names, the next table. They do have it working for Chico fast fold poker (drive hud, maybe pt4, don't have the latest update). WPNs hands are less than reliable, drive hud is working on a blitz hud.

How I would program is table based, players noted, and write hand after done. This would be imported. Repeat process at next table.

Now, this is useless on Bonition, since player names change with each table (30k hands with a 150,000 names, each having their own hand, stat). So there must be something up with how the tables change on WPN.

I can't get sat in blitz pool. I keep spawning a table in a pool with 15 entrants and I just sit there alone "waiting for players to start the hand".

Just because there are 15 entrants doesn't mean there are at least 6 individuals since an individual can have multiple entries in the pool.

Is anyone having trouble downloading the new update from True Poker?
