Thanks Marty, the ACR rep on another forum said the update today fixed table balancing and other stability issues. I played after the update today and the balancing was fine.

Curious about this as well. Can anyone else confirm Rewards/Achievements still doesn't work? Trying to get my rewards and it's just a grey screen, been that way for a long time.

You on ACR? On BCP my rewards screen has always worked.

On BCP, The rewards comes up, I click on Loyalty, It gives me my BP info. If I click on Achievements or Distinction, I just get a grey screen. No way to get the awards. I think it's been like that since they changed the rewards screen awhile ago.

Ive been playing blitz and small amounts of money seem to go missing. Im slightly up/breakeven on my pt4 graph over the last 5k hands but have less money despite rakeback? Not sure if its worth fighting over 25$ but it sure does make me not trust the site.

I noticed a hand not get recorded so I tried to pull it up on the client table hand history and it was there. Is there some way to manually force download it if you happen to notice it happen?

Will the site e-mail you the HH? If so, I think it's easy to load it from there.

When i was asking about it i got this in an email

We understand that you are inquiring in regards to tracking your hands, please be aware that this feature was having some issues, as unfortunately some hands were not being recorded, this issue has been reported and is being worked on, at this moment we are not able to send hand histories, however you can check on it, and make sure the full report was downloaded and uploaded to your poker tracker, and can check with them, as this is a third party we do not provide support to them.
