Just like any time they try to do something to blitz, they have to post "Blitz: coming soon!: I read somewhere, probably twitter, that they will post specific tournaments from time to time to test out the feature but I am guessing they gave up on it for the time being. It's like a teenager and his schoolwork, they will get to it when they HAVE to or when someone nags them about it for a long enough time.

Rakeback is delayed usually more than 24 hours. For instance if you play an mtt that starts at 5pm on a Monday and that tourney runs unit 2am on Tuesday then you won’t see any rakeback until early Wednesday morning for that particular tournament

Click the 3 dots in the upper right next to the star -> Advanced options -> enable multiple addresses.

Anyone on TRUE poker client have their PT4 not working? It works 100% on ACR but pt4 is not reading my TRUE files and thus my HUD is not working.

-Pretty sure it has to do with a problem in my software they rectified by resetting it to a previous version; I uninstalled and reinstalled to the current version and the only thing not working now is the HUD. If anyone has any solutions, please. Haven't really gotten a good answer from PT4 support.

That makes sense for tournaments but I play cash games. I emailed support and they reviewed the amount of rake generated, paid out, and amount I have not claimed yet and there was a mistake on their end.

Guys, keep track of your rake back. I've heard other people having this problem as well.

It’s the same for cash games. If you leave the table past a certain time you won’t get it until almost two days later. The general support probably doesn’t even know this. That being said my rakeback has been off plenty of times. My point was you should wait a few days before contacting. I’m not saying you are wrong but I’m saying support just sped up your payout and made it current if that makes sense. Your account is never going to match support unless you don’t play for 3 days. Why they can see the actual number and it’s slow for us is anyones guess. Probably the terrible software

Many of the tournaments, especially on Sundays, go well in to the morning. Sit-ncrush points aren't applied to your account until after the sit n go is over so I would think the same thing would apply to rakeback. So like he said above I wouldn't stress or send emails unless you weren't getting payments for 3 days or were off significantly after 3 days.

Lag? Blitz crashing?

I'm getting disconnected every few hands. Sometimes it seems like a targeted ddos attack. (granted I know nothing about how this works) but I get disconnected most often in 3Bet and 4Bet pots. Im struggling to break even at NL50 Blitz so every cent counts and these disconnects make the game impossible to beat.

I take breaks every 1k hands and restart my comp. That's when the DC's start for me. I hate it, but, I would rather not open fold AA/KK anymore.

Off the top off my head here but....why not use task manager and close out WPN completely and reopen. Would clear resources and save time.

I just flopped top set in a 3bet pot, my opponent leads with a pot size bet, Im jamming the call button and then the screen blinks a few times....(disconnected from server) I'm now sitting out and there's no record the hand even took place - All my other tables are working fine.

Perhaps my DDOS idea isn't so far fetched. Could be another tactic Russian players use to screw Americans on the only half-decent site available to them.

Anyway, I'm cashing out my roll. To add insult to injury - I final tabled the $33 10K GTD earlier but then talked myself into making some horrendous call and ended up 8th.

how do you take notes on a player on a laptop? I can't figure it out.

You have to right click -> note over the player's name or stack. Double clicking only works for switching between chips & BBs now.

Also have to click the green check mark to save the note.

These DC's are just absurd. I had AA/KK quite a few times this morning and last night and got DC'd, most of the HH's for those instances disappeared. Now this just happened.

Put the cursor where you want to right click and press Shift+F10. But please make your life easier, and just buy a mouse.

i'd been using a mouse so long with my laptop i too forgot how to drag and right click with a touchpad and there were a lot of things that were needlessly difficult to do while on the road as a result

wtf is shared hole cards for people watching? that just seems liek a new way for these guys to cheat without even having software to card share? wtf?

I've run into some issues on WPN. I play on the BlackChipPoker skin.

1) Chat sometimes works and sometimes doesn't work for me. It never seems to work on final tables for the most part. Sometimes it feels like people are chatting with me but I don't see their chat and I cannot see my chat in the chat box. Does this happen for anyone else?

2) Sometimes I'm randomly sat out after winning a pot. Think it mostly happens when I'm OOP to another player and win the pot. I don't notice it happening very often when I'm in position and it is infrequent but something triggers it in the software. This problem only started happening after the update where WPN added the fold and show and/or show cards, etc. I have that all turned off in the client but I imagine something with that option being added has triggered this sitout bug for me. It seems many people leave that option to show, etc on which could explain why others might not see it but has anyone experienced this issue?

3) info panel on the table fails to update in accordance with players left, etc The tournament lobbies seem to update on time but it's annoying to have to think you are being given accurate information in the info tab only to have it sometimes be behind by what seems like multiple minutes to the actual tournament result.

Those are the main ones on the top of my head. I'm especially curious why I sometimes see my chat and sometimes nothing shows. If a player is allin I know my chat will not show but it's not appearing in alot of situations.

Also curious, I created and have played on BlackChip for many years now but sort of interested in moving over to America's Cardroom to see if these problems go away. I will contact WPN support for more details on this but in the meantime does anyone know if it's possible to change skins?
