I'm not sure what's going on, I was logged in on BCP, thought it was OK but I tried ACR and it's stuck on configuring. Now I can't get in on anything. Doesn't seem like a DDOS attack to me.

About the only reason I want to play is because of OSS, I can play on other sites and not worry about "DDOS attacks"

Garbage. At least they are being honest about the DDOS attacks. Pretty sure this was happening to bovada around this time last year...(ya...before they sold to ignition hmm)

Have they cancelled the milly GTD yet? No way they reach that GTD. SMH.

Ok, anybody else have the web portion of the client not work, or work very slowly? This is the cashier, the rewards, and the crush/beast widgets. Windows 10 laptop.

very doubtful this is a DDoS attack...and if it is? its even more of an indictment on WPN if they cannot address a security concern that has been ongoing for 2.5+ years and then still attempt to operate their business as usual. Very scummy to lure in a slew of new depositors and liquidity to their site, with the promise of big series/GTDs KNOWING fully well they cannot defend themselves from some russian teenagers lol! i seriously doubt it...but either way what a terrible look for WPN.

Yes. Past few weeks every time I had not been to the cashier in like last 5 minutes I would have to select cashier then alternate between hold'em and Omaha tabs, select cashier, wait 30 seconds and then it would pop up. I use an old computer that decided by itself to upgrade to windows 10 and an under powered surface so I thought it was just issues on my end. It is damn annoying though.

I was in the middle of a tournament when the FBI logo took over my display. You don't forget something like that.

The ACR application won't launch for me. When I try to open it, I get the spinning wheel icon for a split second then nothing happens. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling ACR, but that didn't help. I have windows 10. Anyone know what could be wrong?

You can try to reboot and while the system is still loading but your desktop is visible....click on your shortcut to open the poker client.

If that doesn't work, you need to delete all traces of the software. After you delete the software, go to you c: drive and go to the program files. Look for the WPN folder and then delete that. The downside is you lose all your hand histories. You can email support@americascardroom.eu with 'Hand History' as the subject and ask them to send you your history. Once all traces of the software is gone, go back to their website and download the program and reinstall it. It's a royal pain in the ass, but I know of no other way to get the system to open. I play on 7 skins and some of them are consistent problems, like TruePoker.
