AND CAN YOU EXPLAIN ABOUT PAYOUT OPTIONS(EX. CHECK FEE...)?
THANKS
Debit cards are very convenient, the card is opened with $25, and then it's sent to you. Once you receive it and request a payout, the funds are transferred to your card. Then, you can then use it to make purchases at retail outlets, or withdraw cash at your freedom. Debit Cards Min $50 - Max $2500. Email our:
support@americascardroom.com and they will help you apply for it.

I downloaded your site and took a look around and noticed you dont allow mastercard deposits on your site. Why is this?
Currently, we accept Visa only.

Sure, however keep in mind if any RakeBack player decides to, a one-time account conversion to the loyalty program is possible, simply contact

Also, where did the $100 & $150 GTD NLHE tourneys go?
Keep in mind we’re changing the tournament schedule; this is a question our Tournament director can help on.

come to think of it I tried depositing on an ipoker site and they wouldnt let me deposit using a mstercard there either
so I imagine the pre paid visa's would work right?
Yes, make sure that the card is accepted for online and international transactions.

Yes, you may send the info beforehand.

The live support guy says "We are undergoing a small upgrade and their will be small downtime we apologize for this inconvenience".
Why is ACR upgrading crashing their servers at 2:30pm EST?
We had a downtime on Monday at 03:00 am ET while an upgrade was performed; the site was down for approximately 2 hours. During the down time all cash games were suspended and tournaments were stopped. After hearing much feedback on this forum, we made sure to send various messages before letting everyone know.

I find it hard to believe that in one week time... they have such an influx of players / payouts that would push back my check payout so much?
Has anybody requested a check payout on or after 3/25 and got that payout processed already?
Here is my last four payouts and the time it took to be processed...
1). 3/1 requested, 3/2 processed, 3/17 received, $2995 (free payout in 30 days sent via regular mail)
2). 3/11 requested, 3/13 processed, 3/17 received, $2990 (FedEx)
3). 3/18 requested, 3/20 processed, 3/27 received, $2995 (FedEx)
4). 3/25 requested, NOT YET PROCESSED
Should I be concerned????
Thank you all for listening.
We haven’t received many complaints; nevertheless, I’d be happy to personally address the case to our cashouts team.

Does anyone want to do the math to see the rakeback% for each bonus? Like if you buy $4K every time you save 250Kcp's vs getting $300 every time you earn 25k cps?
If you earn 3500 rps between March 15 and April 14 you get an entry coupon into the 250K MTT. When you redeem something like the achievement medals or the mtt ticket are you buying them with you rp's? Or are these just unlocked/owed to you?
the unlocked achievements have to be purchased and as you reach the next Rank Point milestone, another Medal of Achievement will be unlocked and made available for redemption with the points.
