There was a r/poker thread about incorrect rake back payments which made me check and realize mine had been incorrect as well, I emailed support to have them correct yesterday but its wrong again today, anyone else experiencing this issue?

Hello. A few months ago - my account was frozen for verification. The support team explained that verification as "randomly selecting accounts for human verification."
They also froze my girlfriend's account. Naturally, we fulfilled all the requirements and sent everything necessary to the support service.

After a long time of waiting and a bunch of messages from me to support, they answered me “We regret to inform you that after assessing your case thoroughly,
we've concluded that you are in violation of our security and game integrity policies." and banned forever without explanation.

After another whole month and a half of waiting - and a bunch of messages from my girlfriend - she received the same message - and a ban with confiscation of funds.
while her account was being verified, they wrote to her saying that they could withdraw her funds and asked for a Bitcoin wallet, she sent it,
but there was no answer and no one sent any money.

I don’t think it’s fair to ban me and my girlfriend - without evidence, without explanation. Because I know that we have never used unfair gaming methods, bots, charts, tips, etc.
We play in the same appartment, but in different rooms and have completely different tournaments and game limits. She's also a Twitch streamer - and has shown her entire game openly!
Please look into the situation, I think our bans are unfair.

We will continue to fight - I don't want to leave it like this. I have always been and will be for fair play. Thank you.

If ACR was rigged and rng not legit, it would have been outed years ago by those who play hundreds of thousands of hands and can demonstrate abnormal pattens, as has been done in the past.

So why hasn’t anyone laid out the particulars about the rigged RNG. If something’s off, it usually has been demonstrated by those who play hundreds of thousands of hands, and can show a deviation of patterns.

I get an email weekly/biweekly whenever there’s an update.

Hello, everybody. It is my first post because I have never had similar situations. But this situation forced me to register in 2+2.It was my favourite site before current days. My PokerKing account was blocked on September 2nd +- a day. When I went to my email, I saw a message that my account was randomly selected for verification and I had to provide documents by September 10th. Of course, I did everything on the first day. I sent them everything they needed and told them everything as it was, which did not contradict the rules of the room at all. For several days, I did not receive any constructive response from their room, they only said that the verification was still underway. I wrote to them 3-4 times during the verification, finding out about the status of the verification.

After 10 days, I received a message about a permanent ban for violating their rules and that this is a final decision and cannot be appealed. Naturally, I was shocked. I did not receive any information about what I violated, what they did not like, I did not receive anything at all. I have 15-16k$ on my account there. They decided to keep the money I won in regwars and with amateur players honestly. Considering that over the last 5 months I have poured about $40k there and have not even added, they decided to take the rest, apparently, and it was not lost yet😁 There were no grounds to ban me forever or even suspect me of anything. Am I a bot or a team player? So, I was very stupid once, over a distance of 5 months, I poured 70% of the BR that is on King. Maybe Hand2Note cannot be used?
I have been playing medium-high limits for many years in all major rooms. Never had any problems.

H2N is definitely allowed on the WPN network, so your account was banned for something else.

They are just banning new regs on Pokerking, it is the same for me and other guy I know. I busted 25k playing on the site. However since I am 100% a legit player I got my money back. If you are not cheating I can help you with that.

why would they ban new regs ?

So disgustingly tired of the nonstop set over set, flush over flush, boat over boat setups on ignition my last 10k hands at 25nl so I withdraw my last $100 and threw it into ACR since I haven't been on this dogsht site in several years. All I'm playing is nl10 & plo10 and played about 1000 hands today.

In those 1000 hands I've flopped the literal stone nuts (2 nut straights 3 nut flushes) five (5) times & lost all 5 on the river after money goes in.
then in plo10 my flopped nut flush loses to V's flopped straight flush.
and just now near the 1000 hand mark, I flop a set against TPTK and lose to runner runner bigger boat.

Suddenly I'm remembering why I quit playing here. Either I get cooler setups on riggy or runner runners on ACR.

One thing I'll say that's changed at least from tonight is most of the players aren't from Russia like 95% were years ago.
