Wondering which sites can be played by US players from an open IP, or specifically for WA state residents. Just looking to mess around in some free rolls. Noticed that black chip poker seems to have done away with 99% of their free rolls with the new software update. Were there any sites besides black chip poker allowing WA state ppl?

Honestly I am an old school guy and not great at these forums. I have been a member for a few years but only used for staking and a few other small things. I do apologize and am still trying to learn these things... I am a newb still in the two plus two world.....

So thin mint I just want to make sure you understand that Americas Card Room, True Poker, and now Black Chip Poker are all the same players just looking at different graphics and using different bonuses ect. So when you play on True Poker you are playing with me at Americas Card Room ect. That is the difference between networks and skins that people talk about.

What would my best option be for PLO games? Preferably hu action. 1/2-5/10 stakes.

I've used search, and haven't found too much, unless I want to search through 50+ pages...

I need a site that pays out to NY residents. I've used Carbon, but you can't get a check to NY... Does Lock pay NY residents? I've heard bad stories about BetOnline.. How about Bovada?

Thanks!

Yea I was doing the same thing with a friend from Canada so I didn't have to request any checks. Didn't know NY residents couldn't receive checks whatsoever since I've never needed to request one before.

New Yorkers can play at Skillbet (https://www.skillbet.com/legal.php). It's different than Lock (watch the video) but I think its a viable alternative.

Hey I asked about this in the Carbon withdrawal thread. According to one of the site reps NY players can still withdraw via check.

There has been some traffic at the beginning of the month due to the raked hand race. As a general rule, traffic sucks, PLO action is almost nonexistent. I've been sitting on FL omaha, omaha hilo and holdem tables for an hour now and no takers. I play fixed largely because the rake race is a raked HANDS race. i have averaged 75 raked hands a day for the last 3 days and i'm leading the race for $25/15/10 for the first 3 places.

the guarantee tourneys have enough players that they run almost every night.

Are you playing on any other sites? Almost put money on Lock yesterday until I read that no ones been paid for about a month. Hows Bovada? Anyones insight is appreciated. Im tired of traveling and sitting in casinos all day long. I try to decipher on here whats going on with cashouts, but people are so contradicting.

I am a midstakes LHE online grinder. I have been playing on Merge for years but due to many horrible decisions made by the network, the games are finally beginning to dry up. In the years i have been there, I have never seen such a lack of 5-10 and 10-20 games. Even 3-6 is not consistent. Basically there is a huge hole between 2-4 and 15-30, both of which run pretty consistently imo.

As a result, I am looking for more games. Revolution is very sporadic at these levels. Winning has no LHE. I would love to get some information on Bovada as I have not played there in years although I know their model is aimed more at the recreational player and not the professional grinder.

Some of the drawbacks appear to be that there is no rakeback and the annonymous tables.

I am considering playing here but would really appreciate an answer to these questions:

1) Are hand histories available? Is it in real time or is there a delay?

2) What are withdrawal time frames for U.S. players

3) Can someone please comment on LHE 6 max. Are there games at 3-6, 5-10 and 10-20 and how often do they run.

4) I assume games are somewhat soft but would love comments on how 3-6 to 10-20 play, assuming they run.

Any other information about the pros and cons of Bovada would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much in advance for your responses.

SF

I don't play LHE so I might not be too much help but from everything I've read on the forums Merge seems like the best place for LHE games although I haven't played on Bovada in months so they might be a good option.

I would suggest reading this thread for payout speeds and this one for info on the site.

Can someone give me their opinion on which site i should deposit on? In terms of traffic, withdraw, etc
.. I've read the threads and come to conclusion I want nothing to do with Lock but RPM, Bovada, and Carbon all seem like they are still decent choices.

Thanks!

I want to deposit and start grinding again but the past few weeks things have gone from bad to worse. Merge seems to be in bad shape. It can't a coincidence that all these issues sprung up at exactly the same time, from the p2p issue, Hero / RPM withdrawing from Maximus, BCP leaving merge, and Carbon so far not paying from the new cashier (approved is much different than CIH and cashed) all signs point to a sinking ship.

I hear revolution basically doesn't pay out to its players, but I'm not sure.

Bovada's anonymous players is terrible and makes me feel as though I could be easily cheated. I don't think they have hyper turbo HU, which is what I play, anyways.

Everywhere else has traffic so low they are hardly worth playing, and are equally shady.

I can't play live because I don't have nearly a big enough roll to relocate and have 40 BIs.

Rough times, rough times. Dishwasher at Olive garden seems to be in my future.
