I forget off hand, however, there is an FPP requirement at Juicy Stakes. Once you reach that FPP requirement then you can get a free withdrawal.
It is not a large rake requirement. You could play a little and then withdraw your $100 for free.
FYI, Cake was broke. Juicy Stakes has been paying off their debts. They do require a small play commitment however in order to process the withdrawals.
Check out the Juicy Stakes thread here on 2+2 or better yet get in touch with their customer support to get the requirements from them and go recoup your funds.

Anyway - could some folks let me know which sites their are now that take Americans & hopefully have a lot of volume & hopefully some inexperienced players & maybe has a sportsbook at the site too.
Bovada (Ignition's sister site) has the most cash games, reasonably soft games, and a sportsbook.
America's Cardroom has the most tournaments, tougher cash games, and a sportsbook.
Sportsbetting.ag has less games than both of the aforementioned sites, but about 2/3rds the cash game action. Games are not as soft as Bovada but softer than America's Cardroom. They also have a sportsbook. They have a sister site called BetOnline.
