Background - I played my first hand of real money Online poker in July 1999
(Yes 3 sites existed Delta, Planet, and Dragon Poker )

I played more sites than I care to remember winning trips to Live sponsored events from WSEX, WSOP Main Event entries from 888 etc and was extremely successful in Limit games in the early years and more moderately successful as the cash games transitioned to No Limit from 2005 - 2010.

HOWEVER I have not played online since Black Friday.

I am now a semi serious recreational player about to retire (Yep an old man ) and wanted real world input on the best sites to try.

From reading this forums and multiple online reviews and recaps it would seem that

Have replaced the Poker Stars, 888, Party Poker of the past as the "best".

Sign up bonus (being able to actually earn them ) are nice but more importantly RAKE and minimal BOT sites are more relevant.

Appreciate any input and suggestions players would care to provide.
