Hello Guys! Just want ask if anybody uses VPN while playing Pokerstrar,Partypoker and if its legal on them?

Only if you opt for browser only, but that's not what you are asking, and don't then play with browser, at those sites, and don't trust me at all, nor the VPN.

I've just browsed quickly through the Terms of Service at PokerStars UK, and see no prohibition on the use of VPN services.

However, the rules do ban people using their services from some geographic areas.

Thus, it does not seem to be a breach of rules to use a VPN, but rather, a breach of rules to use their services from some geographic areas (if, that is in fact, what you are trying or wanting to do).

I have a VPN but sometimes forget to turn it off when playing poker. I'm on a pokerstars/Party regional skin designated for a specific location, so if a VPN is detected, the client won't even work until you shut it off.

On international sites ACR/Chico/Ignition, they'll usually lock your account after several logins if detected (especially if the VPN is using different IPs at each login) At that point you usually have to contact customer service and they'll unlock it with a warning after your explanation. Sometimes they'll make you send in verification documents.

I'm guessing international Pokerstars/Party skins would work the same way.
