Where there used to be a tiny link to live support, now you get redirected to a standard FAQ or the community...
If you put "Contact us" in the search bar on the help centre you can get the live chat link from there (at least on the UK site).

Hello, in my opinion, you will receive an email ...

I received mine today (I won my package on May 23).

You who also played a lot of hands in cash game, you do not find that the level is much better now?

Not sure how level of play is compared to for example 2 or 3 years ago.
For sure there are alot more 3bets and 4bets.
Offcourse there are still good fishes and also most regs still make big mistakes.
All in all it def depends alot on the time of day.

I have just logged into my Unibet account for the first time in a while. I am fairly sure I have never deposited on there and have only ever used the free tournament tickets and nl4 cash game ticket. Am i still eligible for a Deposit Bonus? Thanks

It's seemingly part of this overall strategy to cut back on support costs by decreasing the traffic of chat support (making it much harder to find and dissimulated behind a wall of FAQs answers...). The same can be said about the cancellation of ticket exchanges and lack of communication from higher up ITT for a couple of months now... Add to that the delay in revealing the location of the next UO (probably a ton of other factors weigh in, but still...) and I am a little concerned Of course, I am still a Unibet proponent and am still speaking good of the site to my Canadian friends, yet, it still leaves one (negatively) pondering...

Plus they also stopped answering the results request thread on their community forums. Sure seems like they are cutting costs at the expense of good customer support.

Yup. What worries the most, is not necessary the already made cuts - albeit worrisome in themselves -, but mainly that such cuts in customer support, are usually indicative of some other bad changes to come...

Don't think it's in that bad shape.

Thx for the article. I was not too concerned about the shape of poker on Unibet, but am concerned with these numerous cuts across the platform... Which are even more mind-boggling after reading that article

2. Please also check out my results request on the community thread.
I am a very loyal player and have raked 1000's of euro's, I think I deserve a little support.

Thanks in advance
1. Send me a PM with your username and I move you to 1b

2. I have informed the community team about it and they will catch up with the requests, I advise to use CS for this though, will be much faster. The email is info@unibetsupport.com

It's not a deposit bonus but a playthrough bonus, so you have to play with your money to get the bonus, the more you rake, the more bonus you get.

Send me a PM with your username and I have a look if it can be re-added.

We changed our help center, the reason it is harder to find the contact us function is that we want customers to ask their question first in the help center, if they can't find the answer they look for you always find a "Still need help? Contact us" under each question.

The reason for this is to avoid simple contacts that can be avoided, we actually reduced the contacts by quite a big margin which was needed during a super busy period like the World Cup.

I can assure you we are not reducing customer support, quite the opposite, we are hiring more and more people to match the high amount of contacts.

The cancellation of ticket exchanges had to happen eventually, it was an extra service offered by us and is not provided on any of the other sites from what I know

The announcement of the last UO is simply bad luck, we had our last stop for a while but had to change it unfortunately and this doesn't go overnight. We assure you, it will be announced as soon as possible, we are aware that the situation is not ideal but it's not something in our hand.

So overall, I can assure you that customer support is still high priority, otherwise I wouldn't be here right now.
We also were very busy during the World Cup period and quite a few people are on their well-deserved holidays, I think that is more than understandable.

Feel free to PM me if you have any other concerns.

No other concerns. I was around for the Ultimate Bet scandal, witnessed (and tried to fight against) the rise and prominence of bots on 888 and Party Poker, had accounts on the 4 major sites affected by Black Friday etc., so anyhow, when certain signs start to pop up, I instinctively feel concerned Online poker's reputation was tainted over time, but I truly believe in what Unibet is doing Again, thx for clearing out my concerns Patric

Hello Guys, I have just started playing Sng's on Unibet. I wondered if you could help me with a couple of things on the site. 1) Are there any tools such as MPN tools, StarsHelper, PartyCaption etc but for Unibet to have hotkeys, betsizings etc? and 2) What would you say is the best way to NoteTake players tendencies as there are no tables, Hud, sharkscope etc.

I'd say it would be best for you to forget about those things if you wanna play on Unibet because none of them are supported, it's a rec focused site.

Got to be honest and say that Unibet's expansion in new markets has been underwhelming in 2018 except for Ireland. Obviously I have no data but my instincts for this business are often at least partly right. From previous discussions it seems that Canada was looked on as a prized market but nothing has come of it in terms of marketing or anything.

Unibet spent considerable resources to grab a slice of Irelands market (approx. 4 million people) yet has ignored Canada (40 million). Canada has more disposable income per person and isn't as entrenched/loyal to competitors as the Irish are. (sports betting in this case).

Therefore to me it seems like terrible business sense not to commit more effort into this market that will give Unibet a nice return.

+1. Most recs have not heard of Unibet, yet I continue to share the good word (sent a unibet link yesterday yet again to a buddy who was asking about my online play). And again, seeing a UO at the Playground would be the nuts

Hi, I haven’t played on Unibet for quite some time...Is there still a way to exchange rewards for other stuff? Like 4x1€ tickets to 4€ ticket, Cash to tourney tickets and vice versa?

"Kindred is the new name of the former Unibet plc."

Oh no.

Not in gambling, but in business generally, changing the name is usually a sign the management doesn't know what it's doing but has to be seen to be doing something so they do this instead.

Have there been changes in top level management recently?

Kindred has been Kindred since Dec 2016. They own a bunch of non-Unibet stuff like the 32Red MPN skin and some casino/bingo stuff.

"In December 2016, shareholders at Unibet agreed to change the name of the business to Kindred Group Plc.The change was supposedly "due to the company's focus on developing a multi-brand strategy moving forward"."

Which reminds me UnibetPatric.
I have requested my results on the community over a month ago and kindly posted a reminder two weeks ago.
No reaction whatsoever. Any reason for the delay?

NL10: Hands: 847.754 Profit: €8.281,19 (9,77bb/100)

Point taken, but the Unibet brand is apparently alive and well, in much the same way that the Google brand didn't die when the parent company became Alphabet Inc.
This isn't the brand confusion of Dixons/Currys/PCWorld/Carphone Warehouse. Most Unibet customers don't know the name of the parent company (nor do they need to), in much the same way that a lot of Stars players might think that Pokerstars' parent company is called Rational or Amaya, when it's actually TSG.
