Lost of disconnections yesterday and today, I'm a CG player so it's not the end of the world but it's still tilting have to reopen the client and the same thing happen 10 minutes later.

I have checked the player you reported and I couldn't find a pattern in his play of stalling but I'm happy to receive any complaints in that regard and check them for you.
Regarding disconnections: Until the problems are fixed, we offer compensations for those that suffered under disconnections (coming from our side), I know it's extremely annoying, however there is nothing else we can do until the problem is fixed.

If you feel like you should get a compensation, please contact CS with your poker_log file and dxdiag and a description of the issue (including hand ID or tournament/SNG where it happened) and it will be forwarded to us and checked.

The more reported issues we can send to Relax, the easier it will be to find the source of the issue and can hopefully be fixed asap.

With regards to that player I know I am not the first player to report him and I also know it's not an issue of stalling but not being able to handle the number of tables he plays. Another reg who reported him received this response:

"I've checked that specific player over the last 20 SNG's and couldn't spot anything unusual, he takes a few seconds for his decisions but nothing really abusive.

If you however come across someone again where you feel he does it all the time, please let me know."

Well, I guess it depends on the route you want to take the site down. Unibet prides itself on being different from the competition, rec friendly, but this sort of issue is the exact thing that puts players off playing on Stars or other major competitors.

The issue with Unibet (as I think I mentioned in the PM I sent you) is you get too much time for each decision and too short of a timebank. You should halve the time for each decision and extend the timebank so it's only needed for difficult decisions.

For the disconnect issue, I have absolutely no idea what my poker_logfile or my Dxdiag is, do I even have access to these a few days later? I guess I'll contact support and see what happens.

Press the windows key + r and type dxdiag in the window and it'll pop up

The problem with this is that it ruins my session. I have to stop playing and find those files, find my tournament number, write an email and after all that I dont want to play anymore.

Support is a joke when it comes to disconnects....
I told them about my disconnects so they told me that they dont know anything from other players about the disconnects so it has to be on my side....

After sending my dxdiag and log file i got an email that they credited me a cashgame ticket but no words about the disconnects...



always pretty nice when u get aces

and its not about getting an compensation it tilts me to hell when i get disconnected evry 20minutes

I had a lot of disconnect problems, the solution was to connect to ethernet cable instead of wifi, you guys should really give it a shot.

Yeah, it’s not a WiFi issue, i play on Ethernet connection.

Unibet has had persistent problems with disconnects for years and it’s at there end, At it’s worst a year or two ago, connections would be lost for maybe 20 minutes or more, and I could (relatively) easily claim a refund of buyin of every sng affected. Typically, they’ve managed to keep it to just a few seconds DC before it automatically reconnects and I can live with that.

Unibet changed something a couple months ago, and now we get DCs that can only be fixed with a client restart. I play 5max sngs, I’m 12 tabling buyins from €10-€50, how am I supposed to easily determine how much lost equity I should claim from support each time this happens, when what I want to focus on is not tilting from the experience and continue my session?

Pretty gross. Played in one of the 30-Ticket super sats and won the $100 ticket to the main EVENT 79...

The registration has closed a few minutes earlier, so i just assumed it automatically added you and the 30 tickets were "bought in" so to speak.

Like why would they run a 30-ticket sat to a closed registration tournament?

OH yeah, they did.

So i went to their chat to see WHY they would do this?

They offered me a 100 euro ticket to a game that doesnt exist yet, something called the supernova? WOW yeah, thats what i wanted to play. a 20k guarantee 1 week from now, instead of your $100k MAIN EVENT!.

I was pretty tilted but then just laughing at the end. Especially when i got a random ticket to another tourament.

Yeah maybe i was an all-caps jackass at the start but i had wasted like 4x entries already trying to win the ticket. So to FINALLY WIN! and just suffer was too much for me. I could have even bought in, as there was enough time, but i had assumed I had it locked in.

So..

1) No sat ticket
2) Missed the buyin (had $100 cash to enter in if i wanted) because thought had sat entry, since reg closed now couldnt play. (was going to)
3) given a wrong ticket for a game 1 week from now

tell me you wouldnt be a little tilted.

Bringing my moan posted on Ace High Poker group here regarding my Sunday night playing the UOS E79

"Over 3 hours playing the Unibet Online Series €100 R/A and the client starts playing up. I restart it and can't get back in and get the same message again at log in. Tried reinstalling the client, tried it on my mobile phone, restarted modem and the tablet I was originally playing on. Internet was absolutely fine. I had about 12-15bb when this started, needless to say I was blinded out and now have 0bb. Still cant log back in now. 😠😠😠😠"



Even now, an hour and a half after the problems, I still can't log back in. Internet is fine. Party Poker app on tablet is working just fine. Fuming really because the money up top in the E79 was really big and I don't get the opportunity to play for large sums like that very often. Utterly deflated with Unibet poker atm.

Just to back up what Neri says, I was still playing the tourney when he was "locked out" at just gone 9pm UK time. He was talking to me (and others) on Discord for ages, so obviously his internet was working, but the client clearly was not, so it was sad to watch his avatar slowly get blinded out of the game when he had a "workable" stack when he first got DC-ed.

@WateryBoil Jesus you were an obnoxious ass to the support agent. And did you really expect them to just put you in the tournament after late-reg ended? How about putting you in when it gets to HU to compensate such a horrific experience you had.

To be fair they should give cash in this case to whoever asks since it's not the target tournament, but the Supernova is a really good tournament as well (freezout). Also I doubt the CS agent is at liberty to make decisions like this.

Also really weird that you were willing to buyin with the ticket and addon with cash, but not to buyin with cash a couple of minutes before the sattie finished and addon with the ticket. Smells like an angle to bypass the 2 extra levels of rebuy after latereg closes.

@GoinGreen They will automatically change to Supernova tickets.

why even market the 30 tickets for the event if you cant even keep registration open long enough to make it run? unibet is such trash.

i refuse to accept this ****ing ticket for an event i have NO INTEREST in playing. thats not why i put my money in.
