It would be nice if you could choose a specifik track each month. I am so horrible at cash games, so it is much better for me to just skip them.

Well that's kind of the point of the missions, to make new players try other games, some will hate it, some will discover their new favorite game, or just something to play from time to time.

Has anybody else experienced the situation where after logging in, they get this screen:


The same thing has happened in the past, but usually solves itself after closing and re-opening the client. However, this time I have tried re-opening, restarting my computer, reinstalling the software; nothing seems to work and no matter how long I wait it doesn't go past this screen and display normal lobby.

David, There was a huge backlash on forums at pp for 2 day events. Maybe they over did the 2 day events. Probably suit me better but just making you aware. Never know till you trial it.

I think you had same worries for 50k gtd tourny. If you keep increasing the guarantee at some point your worry will be justified. Interesting to see how much fatigue there is in second week, impact of overspend by regs and impact to losing players. Its always nice to analyse from a starting point of success.

I also tried to log in from another computer and the same thing happened and also open the application in both Chrome and Edge, but those also gave me blank grey screen on all occasions. I have updated all my drivers/Flash, tried running it as administrator, in compatibility mode switching, and switching from the ISP connection to mobile hotspot but nothing seems to solve the problem.

What is your upload/download speed? It seems to me that every time this happens, it is caused by a bad connection... And yeah, software is still not very reliable, 14 months later ; I had a tremendous amount of crashes for the first 6 months post the release, and still get some occasional ones.

20Mbps down/5Mbps up, so it's probably not that.

Yes. I think it happens mostly if I open the client then leave it some time before actually logging in - so maybe some token is timing out but the error is not being trapped properly.

Have been having the same problem here all day Nothing works - not the client, not the browser. Some communication from Unibet's side of things about what's going on and when the issue will be resolved would be nice.

Same here, with the black screen, make sure you login with your username, do not wait 5 minutes or else you have to restart the client

For me need to repeat log in process multiple times has been issue before, but this time it seems to be separate issue. Poker client (both desktop and browser version) is down since yesterday.

Has been over a day now and still no progress or even an explanation of what is going on, neither here nor the official forums. The support basically told me that the technical team is aware of the issue and it will be resolved at some point. Kind of sucks seeing as I'm unable to play through my first deposit bonus (and probably unlikely to get additional days) and keep up with the time-based challenges.

It is nice that the issue has finally been resolved, but considering how long the issue lasted, I could not agree more with what slenderhusband said about no explanations being given about what was going on and how long it would take to fix it. This is not the way how a respectable company should handle these kind of situations.

I don't think the issue was site-wide. I've not had any log-in issues over the last few days and plenty of people were playing last night, although the H and L UOS events did miss their GTDs.

Sounds like it could have been something outside Unibet/Relax that effected areas of the world. Does seem a little strange there was no update on the community though, they're usually pretty sharp with responding to issues.

Is there any chance that Unibet could develop a Sng tabler slider?
What this means is if I'm 8 tabling and I bust out on say my 3rd table; the next 5 tables shift back one spot. I like to keep sngs in order based on blinds/start times and under the current system if I were to load a 9th table to fill the table I busted it makes it hard to play so I find myself playing only the 8 sngs per session instead of more.
