I've just spoken to another live chat rep who was more helpful and sorted out the website problem so now it does say that verification is needed. So what happened was my login got blocked but for some reason the automated process of sending the official email and showing it on the site was not initiated. Anyway documents uploaded and now I guess I'll find something else to do for a few days :/

Obviously, maximally 1-2 new things, because otherwise traffic of existing games will be cannibalized too much. But one new gametype is a necessity if Unibet wants to increase marketshare!

A bug?
Cashier lags to update real balance. Only happened once few months ago and now today. Basicly I look at cashier while playing husngs and my balance seems a bit low. I win that husng and balance is same. I refuse to play more and wait a bit and then cashier updates with 3 buyins worth.

About depositing for the first time on Unibet... Like many on Unibet, I have been very pleased with the product, support (hit and miss, but chat has been steady and this thread amazing), and have promoted Unibet to all of my poker circle. THis said, why oh why is it always difficult and a long process to get the documents verified This will obviously discouraged a lot of people, and outside of my friends, who I explained that it might take a week or 2 (for them to persevere), I can only imagine what happens to gambool-gambool rec players that want to have fun a click away, not a week or 2 away

David, when you get BS about the length of time for administrative processes always ask this question. "Is someone working just on this for 2 weeks and if so how can it be economic for us to do 2 weeks of work like that for one client?" or "This client sent his docs on Monday at 11:00 and verification happened on Friday at 10:00. Can you describe exactly what work was being done on this for example on Wednesday at 2pm?" The two possible answers are always that the work was "Sitting on some's desk" and "Sitting in someone's inbox."

A pop-up reminding a new player that they need to verify their documents every time they log on with a link on how to do it (until they do) would be an easy fix.

In most cases it only takes a few days.
Hopefully we'll get through this as smooth as possible - I'll let you know as soon as I have more information.
So they have acknowledged and apologized that I was misled into depositing, yet they won't look into my account right away in order to... "protect their range" so to speak?

Otherwise it seems a reasonable and professional reply from a nice guy so I don't want to press them further with regards to the illogical "if we help you now then we have to help everybody" point. I'll just suck it up and wait and maybe use the time to study and improve even more

It's completely logical. They don't want everyone to start posting "I sent my verification documents in 21 minutes ago and I'm not verified, escalate my case" because they saw it working for someone else on the forum.

I get it, it's frustrating, but your money isn't going anywhere and poker isn't going anywhere

It's not like that. Once they sort out the miscommunication problem they have in their site (which they have already acknowledged), then I agree that everyone should be equally subject to the same verification procedure, because everyone will have been made aware of that before they deposit. Until then, they should really escalate the people who were misled into depositing and were counting on playing especially when it's over the weekend. Whether that represents 10% or 90% of the cases is irrelevant, because it was their fault to begin with.

It's easy to tell the difference. But, yeah I also get it, so whatever.

Client has crashed now 3 times in a row when I won ticket from EO-satellite. So when the table popups message "you have won xx ticket" client just jams and closes when windows crash message shows up.

Awhile ago i remembered that i had an account on Unibet. Tried to log in but the account was locked to due inactivity, no big deal.
So now starts the insane process of getting the account unlocked. They demanded;
proof of ownership of a credit card i had 9 years ago
proof of a deposit i made 9 years ago
proof that i owned the bankaccount
proof that i owned a moneybookers account that wasnt used for deposits there
proof of adress

Not fun but sure i eventually got all the stuff and sent it, the abuse that ensued from their support was both hillarious and sad. They tried everything to get me to give up having the account unlocked, sent back every document many times for minimal and ridic reasons. When i got to close to unlocking it after several months they just added new documents they suddenly realised they needed(moneybookers proof was one of thoose things).
My bank contact thought i was joking the ammount of times i hassled her with this.

So finally after about 10 months they give up, ive unlocked my account. Or so i thought.
I get a withdrawal to my bankaccount for about 250$ and a final email that in short read like this;
"We can close any account for any reason at any time, WE WILL NOT ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS" (yes that part was bolded)

Im certain that i had much more then 250$ in my account but have no way to prove it.

So whatever.... all i wanted to say is Unibet is the scum of the earth and think twice before trusting them with your money.

Is the "moving on up" counter updating for people? I'm on 1/5 but i think I should be on 4/5 or 5/5 now (i.e. I've been deliberately trying to hit at least 25 flops every day).

I've been playing mostly Banzai if that makes a difference (at minimum I can see 29 hit yesterday and 25 hit today in the client - though it has often taken an hour or so to update the counter in the past so that's nothing special).

I think its 25 flops for banzai or holdem, cant play for example 10 holdem and 15 banzai flops.

T&Cs on the website say Banzai flops count towards NLHE flops so it shouldn't matter. Maybe it's a bug that Banzai flops are not being counted.
