I've got it installed here and might occasionally have had it running in the background while playing on Uni. I mostly use AHK for copy/pasting chunks of text, but I think it can be used for creating keyboard shortcuts for poker actions. If I could be bothered to work out how to grab the screen co-ordinates of tables (for the necessary cursor position of the action buttons), I'd be able to use keyboard presses instead of mouse-clicks (I have RSI) for folding pre, but it wouldn't help with actual decisions, so AHK is hardly a "bot".

True, but when you do a search for autohotkey poker, one of the first results is how to build a bot so obviously people are using it for their bots to communicate with poker clients.

Lately it happened that i had to log in twice before it would follow through, it would just stand there with your bankroll at zero.

Today i had to start over (log in) again 3 times before i would get in.

In regards with my tickets, can i just give you the list of changes and ask them to do them as soon as possible? Because to be honoust i dont wanna play anymore because its so hard to keep track of all the different mistakes, emails, and other stuff.

I just want to finish this whole messup, so i know my spreadsheet and ticketbalance are correct and as they should be so i can play normally again.

The problem is that i don't wanna exchange more tickets, before this is corrected, because it's only getting more messy everytime, but now more tickets expire and it gets even more messy, etc, etc

If i am honest, because i was in glasgow some tickets expired this week, i did not request a conversion on them, so if you blame me for letting the following tickets expire i can understand...that being said, i don't know why even the last request was not corrected by someone, because that was the easiest one (they just forgot the credit all the tickets from the request) and i notified the helpdesk the next day about it, so i was kinda waiting for at least that correction or a email or something....
I also was expecting someone to look into it, like you said , i can give all the details about when, what should have happened, and what did happen. But i will only do that on request because i think there is already a bit too much info about this in this topic atm...

ps; i have €391 in my ticketbalance right now (should be €748), and 5x 25€ Unibet Open tickets (so you can check those 2 numbers, because i think i read a post where Remk_95 had no 100UK tickets, where he had a few at that moment; so maybe the system is glitching and i see different amount of tickets then you, which would explain a lot to be honoust )

Weird. What is the error that you get if you don't clear the cache? I assume you're clearing the IE cache, do you use that browser normally too?

Did not happen again lately but at the time, I had to run CCleaner to clear my cache or i would get grey screen on login.

Also some things i would like to see on the client:
- save & apply custom table layouts (maybe not something you would like towards multitablers, who could then stack take table out and apply layout again after hand but that is about monitor space where regs have the advantage anyhow if they feel like they need it)
- stacking on top of eachother
- support table prioritization for multiple monitors, right now it doesnt feel natural when you are at monitor 1 with pending tables and have to finish actions on monitor 2 first then return back to monitor 1.
- /focus table under mouse.
- change tables aspect ratio

also a question: is it possible to manage the microsoft titlebars from the unibet tables with software, nothing in the direction of stack and tile that looks when your in a hand/get cards dealt etc, but configure the layout and have hotkeys to play stacked and move tables to certain coordinates if you want to follow action on it. right now the only thing i can think of to play stacked and follow some action is to maximize & minimize tables from a stack.

So I got a new laptop and installed the Unibet desktop client on windows.

The client wont open, nothing happens when I try to open it after installing. There is no loading screen or anything.

Try to open the client as administrator. Maybe your user account is restricted, turn off the firewall / AV programs running in the background.

I have also installed the latest version of Java and that didnt fix it...

Then I would try a reinstall , can you open the lobby from inside the browser ?

I have tried reinstalling/rebooting many times and the browser client works.

It´s only the desktop version that doesnt work...

Not sure about the rest of your post but I don't think the aspect ratio is going to change. The 2.0 client is built to work on mobile/tablet which tend to be 16:9 and most monitors are 16:9 now so a more rectangular table makers more sense.

I miss the square tables too though

I would uninstall client, check Windows is up to date, check your graphics card drivers are up to date, reinstall making sure you run the install file as administrator and then pray

If it doesn't work take screenshots of the first two pages of the dxdiag screen (Press windows key + r and type dxdiag and press enter) and post them here. Also do a search for Poker_log.txt and post that.

I fired your driver version into google and it came up with posts suggesting they're not very good with Windows 10.

I would suggest going to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ and using the autodetect function to see if you can get updated drivers. Looks like they're up to 15.x and you're on 8.x.

Very happy with my experience so far on Unibet! Only problem is when the internet goes down the client stops working even after the internet comes back until I close it completely and open again.
