In regards with my tickets, can i just give you the list of changes and ask them to do them as soon as possible? Because to be honoust i dont wanna play anymore because its so hard to keep track of all the different mistakes, emails, and other stuff.
I just want to finish this whole messup, so i know my spreadsheet and ticketbalance are correct and as they should be so i can play normally again.
The problem is that i don't wanna exchange more tickets, before this is corrected, because it's only getting more messy everytime, but now more tickets expire and it gets even more messy, etc, etc
I would like to let you know, that this is the cumulative sum of changes that should be done to the account (based on all the conversions that went bad/tickets that expired because of the bad conversions, since may 2017);
Take from the account;

If i am honest, because i was in glasgow some tickets expired this week, i did not request a conversion on them, so if you blame me for letting the following tickets expire i can understand...that being said, i don't know why even the last request was not corrected by someone, because that was the easiest one (they just forgot the credit all the tickets from the request) and i notified the helpdesk the next day about it, so i was kinda waiting for at least that correction or a email or something....
I also was expecting someone to look into it, like you said
, i can give all the details about when, what should have happened, and what did happen. But i will only do that on request because i think there is already a bit too much info about this in this topic atm...

I hope you understand, these are the issues i have for over a month now....and it feels so bad, it actually feels like there is a troll on CustomerService....
The difference in my account is 357€ at this moment, and i have to say that i actually am getting a bit afraid of not getting my tickets back...

ps; i have €391 in my ticketbalance right now (should be €748), and 5x 25€ Unibet Open tickets (so you can check those 2 numbers, because i think i read a post where Remk_95 had no 100UK tickets, where he had a few at that moment; so maybe the system is glitching and i see different amount of tickets then you, which would explain a lot to be honoust
)
