I am currently enjoying playing on the free £10 4NL cash ticket (spun it up to 50 so far and 700 flopped hands in 24 hours FYI and have just earned 1Euro from the welcome bonus.

I am able to use that 1Euro to register for a MTT but unable to use it for a HU or 5max SNG.

Every time I click join and then 'cash' it will close the screen down and I receive a message saying 'Insufficient Funds, Deposit Now'

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

After the milestone thing came along or even after the last update I can barely 4-table on my imac or laptop pc, both should have decent firepower. If I add 5th table playing becomes impossible and there is considerable lag even with 4 tables. I also disconnect often. Not nice, it used to be such a nice software. thanks in advance for advice.

+1 to this, lost pots because the lag was so bad I timed out and folded

Have to say I agree with this and the post this highlighted. Last few days playing has become very difficult on my mac.

6 tables- impossible
5 - huge lag and decisions take a couple of seconds to happen
4 - OK (when I say OK I actually mean unsatisfactory, but just slightly better than 5 tables!)
3 tables - finally starts to run at a level I'd expect

Maybe it's a problem with the mac software. Personnally i've been 5-6 tabling the last few days and didn't notice any lag on pc.

It's definitely an improvement that legitimately helps a minority of players. It has downsides to other players though, and every feature is about finding that balance.

I agree that enter to bet would be great. I added it to our internal improvement thread a while ago and I'll go repeat it now.

It'll depend on demand. PLO is up ~90% since March, compared to ~55% overall, and it's something I definitely want to push more because I think most sites neglect PLO. We make more from PLO than we do tournaments.

But I think there are issues from minimum liquidity in every game. If we split PLO liquidity then we might lose out overall, even if we have more people playing Omaha overall.

So basically it depends on how often we get people requesting it, and on how successful PLO is. I know very little about PLO8/NLO8 though - does the latter devolve into a flop-only game?

In terms of bb/100, we only have it from the site's perspective (to get roughly the right amount you need to divide by the number of players at the table). Basically, it's pretty ugly reading compared to NLHE:

NL4 is 46bb/100 vs. PL4 39bb
NL10 is 53bb vs. PL10 92bb
NL25 is 55bb vs. PL25 142bb (yuck)
NL50 is 60bb vs. PL50 123bb (also yuck)
NL100 is 51bb vs. PL100 103bb
NL200 is 44bb vs. PL200 65bb
NL400 is 27bb vs. PL400 37bb

PL50+ may not have proper sample size - I made this model quite some time ago, before we had many hands there. It's likely that PL50+ figures are much too high. This high rake is going to be the case on every site by the way, it's not just a Unibet thing.

I've spent quite a lot of time looking into it and have a few things planned to investigate further. I'm interested in the idea of changing rake to see what happens to the site ecology, but what we do depends on some tests we'll carry out.

On Challenges, yes, pretty much. They reset each quarter. It depends on the stakes you play how much it'll hurt you though. But milestones will more than make up for lost equity as we're awarding ~€100k through it.

It's not a deposit bonus - every single account gets it. You'd probably have to deposit a decent amount to actually rake enough in time though, as it expires in 60 days.

I don't really want to draw such specific links between number of hands, rake, and loyalty. 1m loyalty points is €10k raked, but that's purely an average number. If you play tighter than the average, it'll take you more hands. If you play nittier than average, you'll see smaller pots and rake less too. And if you run bad on Challenges, it can take more hands.

I believe we're in the order of 85 hands/hour at NL and probably about 65 hands/hour at PLO but those are purely educated guesses rather than calculations. As a site we don't really think about things that way so we don't have data that'll help much I'm afraid.

This is a weird one. I see that it worked eventually, did you figure out what happened? As I don't know the answer at this point.

This is a system resources problem. I'm not sure why it affects Macs more than PCs, but that seems to be the general trend. I suggest setting the Milestones widget to show multiplier rather than hand number, and I suggest minimising the lobby while you play. Both of these seem to help. We're looking into better longterm solutions.

You can turn off the scrolling number by clicking on multiplier instead, that should help.

I don't THINK it's a server problem per se, but we do indeed seem to be dropping packets sometimes. This is the third time it's happened in the past week and each time was for pretty short intervals (I think this one was 15m). We're looking into it as obviously this is a problem, particularly if it gets worse.

You can postpone. You generally can't through satellites, but you can through Challenges (as it's semi-voluntary).

I think we'll hit hand 95m at around 7-8pm CET today. My boss thinks it'll be later but REFUSES TO BET WITH ME on it. Just thought I'd mention.

Nope, I'm afraid not. There's a section under "Profile" that shows the number of flops seen today and I'm quite interested in adding more information to that, but we'd have to be careful about how we did it. You can PM me to ask each month if you want though.
