@Andrew, you said I could contact customer support to get a refund. How would this work exactly? The "problem" is that I'm not (at least up until now) losing an entire buyin or smth because of this, but it's always these small amounts that start to add up over time. How would a refund be calculated then? Also what kind of proof should I be able to provide? Just the screenshots?
And how is it detemined whether I lost the hand because of this bug?

Hello,
I have a problem with frequent disconnections.

Usually first disconnection will occur after about 20 minutes of play. Then the future disconnection will be after 5-10 minutes.

I closed all the starting programs: Skype, Antivirus but without luck.

Internet connection is fine. My gf is playing on Unibet also but from the laptop. We share same internet connection and she is not getting any disconnect.

System Information:
Windows 8.1 64 bit
Processor: Intel Xeon X5570 @ 2.93 GHz (4 CPUs)
8 GB Ram
Direct X 11
Video: NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT

When I get disconnected from Unibet I also loose internet connection for about 10-15 seconds.
I use Tp-Link Wireless USB Adapter to connect to router, but I loose internet connection only when playing on Unibet.
I can play online computer games or stream on Twitch without problem.

Any advice or a fix would be great.

By the way, I have seen all the above bugs as well:
- Invisible player
- The old graphic for Fold action for some players.

Hi Andrew,

A bug that's probably mentioned, but because im not sure: played a S&G, then played another, and the info on the table showed the last blind levels and info of the previous S&G I played. https://gyazo.com/4144bf7847b8d0ceb393b3bcba472c6f

Also a different bug, on the twitch stream we were playing the €1 18 man cap MTTs and this is a 9 seat tournament. The weird thing was we started off with 3 tables, where it would be very logical to just start with 2 tables, after 2 players busted and we had 16 people left, we were reseated to two tables.

But then when i log in my new Unibet.de Account, i noticed that my money is missing, so i emailed the support. Now the support want a proof from my deposit a few months ago to refund my deposit back to my bank account.

And here ist the PROBLEM ! They now just want to refund my deposit without my winnings which is like 70€
I've passed this on to our 3rd line support guy to have a look.

This won't be in the release coming on the 31st, but maybe a candidate for later on. Ideally we'd simply fix the desktop clients so wouldn't need this as a workaround, although of course it probably has its own merits.

Another one where I submitted it to the developers and heard back before clicking post. They say that this sounds like CPU lag. Do you have the latest video card drivers? If you open the task manager, when this happens do you see higher CPU utilisation?

We just need the hand number, alias, and what happened. I agree it's definitely a bit awkward. I don't think there's a good way to do it really, but when it gets to the poker team (our 3rd line guy), he'll err on the side of being generous.

We don't in February, let's see if we can get something done for March. Challenges working in SNG ought to help build those games a bit though. HUSNG are growing really quickly, but 5SNG aren't.

Do you lose connection for everything, or just on Unibet? If the latter, it sounds like CPU lag, and obviously your computer should be fast enough for this to not be a problem. Do you have the latest drivers for your video card?

You can confirm if it's CPU lag by having the windows task manager open, and seeing how high the CPU usage is by the client when it happens.

Got this back from fraud:

"These two have no common games between them apart from the one ArtyMcFly is reporting (1 EUR 5seat SNG, tournament ID: 4808432). Gameplay is wild but while #441716132 is indeed suspicious, no other hand looks like clearly intentional dumping"

As for why 5-seat SnGs are not growing, I find the average duration of a 2-man SnG to be perfect; but, that the 5-man SnGs take a bit too long to finish even accounting for the greater number of players. As I like to pop into play during breaks in work as a palate cleanser, I can't commit to what sometimes can be a near 1/2 hour 5-man SnG game.

30 mins would be fine as long as its always 30 mins. I like that they don't play too fast in comparison to hypers on other sites - the deeper starting stack makes them play more like turbos.

The trouble is that they can go quite a long way beyond 30 mins if the other player is moronic. What if the first 9 levels were 3 mins as currently, then the next levels (120/240/25, 150/300/25 and 200/400/50) were made 1 minute long so it would come to a more reliable conclusion at 30 minutes? But to be honest I don't see that there is a big problem. For a session significantly shorter than 30 minutes then the cash tables are available.

As for why it's not growing - well it doesn't seem to be the focus of marketing and promotions much in comparison to other games. Maybe it doesn't rake that much so I'm not complaining but I'm also not surprised. I'm happy enough that we have the chance to play SNGs on a HUDless site.

Re: the guy who accidentally bought an NL4 ticket. The trouble is that tab in the bonus shop is called "CASH" when it should be called "CASHGAME" or something.

Hi Andrew,

Two other questions:
1. Why is there no possibility to search for flops seen per stake or game? We can now only see flops seen per timeframe. Such thing would be nice for the moving on up promo.

2. Why are there no generic Sit and Go tickets in the bonus shop? There is a button generic, but there are just no tickets for it.

I agree with that and it was my fault for not making it clear. Sometimes the games go well over 30 minutes which is more of a commitment that I can afford to make... so I don't.

I want to play two 5-man S&G's at the same time and I use tickets for them.
So i open two tables, both pay with tickets. Got in queue on both tables, 1 table starts to play. Then when the second table reaches 5 players, the table dissappears and I wil get this message in the lobby: https://gyazo.com/bb6f48c7f97ed9fce1811900a464e0f4

This probably is, because I wanted to start both Sit&Go's with the same ticket. But I think, if you start two tables the client should use a different ticket. You can choose the ticket you are using, but it should do this thing automatically.

Yeh, this makes sense. Maybe we can find a way to improve the structure, but I think at the moment we don't have a way to vary the blind level length within a game. I think we need to talk about it for a while though.

We've had them before, but they haven't "stuck" as well as other promo types have. I think we definitely need to try another promo in March though.

This probably is, because I wanted to start both Sit&Go's with the same ticket. But I think, if you start two tables the client should use a different ticket. You can choose the ticket you are using, but it should do this thing automatically.
Thanks. I added this to the buglist for cash games, but it was improved with the way cash games are opened. I'll re-prioritise it as I didn't think about SNG.

Hi Andrew!
My software keeps crashing whenever i open the 5th or the 6th table almost always, and some of the times it just randomly crashes but not very often. I would love to be able to play at least 6 tables and not lose any more money beacause it crasher while I am in hands. What would you suggest me to do ?
