The number of points rewarded is affected by the stakes you are playing at when you achieve the challenge. Can't tell you how many points until you first establish the stakes at which you are playing.

Are you able to breakdown 5max sng results by buyin level as well? I asked a year ago and the answer was no, would be really valuable to have this data.

I guess you have a ton of data now regarding the pc crashes in v2, is there anything we can do that improves client stability for those that are multitabling? I'm quite prepared to spend a decent amount on changing my pc setup if it would improve things.

Are you considering increasing table maximum to 8 or more on web browser? This is still way short of the table count I'm used to playing but any increase would help.

i hate that i have to play at the buttom of table; i always used to play at the top; i cant see any reason how this is protecting fish if i get automaticallly auto-seated at the buttom of the table; why cant i use an option choosing by myself where to get auto-seated; either at the buttom, at the top,right or left; it is a sure thing that if i play at the table there will be no option to change seats, but not before i get auto-seated at the table!

You mean where it displays? You can be placed randomly in any seat, just it displays as if you are looking from your point of view (this is nitty, but given everyone sees themselves as sitting there the table should be circular not oval) so the user always thinks he is in the 5 seat. You want to always be opposite that.

The weird thing is, when you bust a tournament (out of the money - when you cash it works correctly and closes the window), it doesn't close the window but leaves you observing the table and you have to do a click of shame to close it (annoying on tablet and browser versions as other windows keep popping up in front) - however when you observe the table the previous correction of positions disappears so all the players shuffle round some number of seats (again, particularly weird on the oval tables).

Windows 10 question.

I have multiple screens. When I try to move a window from one display to another there seems to be an invisible border on the 2nd monitor at around 1/3 of its space. Only when I push the window harder would it let me place it on the remaining area. It acts as if it were the edge of my 1st screen so it wants to resize it. So it might happen that when I push the window it puts everything on the tray from the desktop. Can this latter be turned off anyway? I guess it's some Aero thing, but what is that border?

It won't tell you how many points to expect (based on the stakes you've played or rake you've paid) until you've done it at least once. You've achieved 0/2 for that AA challenge, so you're obviously running even worse than me.
FWIW, the challenges window (and the overall points page) doesn't appear to automatically update while you're looking at it, so I tend to not bother looking at the points until I've finished my session.

Normally tickets that have already have partial play through will not be exchanged. You could get an extension on it maybe.

Yes, exactly. I think it'd work better if we estimated the points based on previous play, and maybe put (estimated) after. There're always going to be limits to this though, notably when someone starts out. Perhaps it should then say "play to receive an estimate" or similar.

We're going to start prioritising the 2017 development roadmap later this month, and one of the things I want to include is polishing various areas of the client. This is the kind of thing we should be doing, and it probably increases the lifetime of established players as well as increasing the rate at which new players become established players.

When we've put that on the roadmap, I'll start posting requests/ideas/etc for all the small ways we can improve various areas of the client.

I'm afraid not. I'll see if we can get this moved up the backoffice backlog.

When we look at this, it's in order to stop it happening for everyone, rather than to make minimum specs. Some machines are running the client much slower than they should be. The release at the end of this month ought to improve it.

Looking at your dxdiag that you mailed me, I'd guess that the best way to speed your computer up would be to get a £50 graphics card, so that you aren't using the motherboard inbuilt graphics. I have no idea if this will help run the client better though.

It's for simplicity's sake. We'd need to do more design work to have it in any seat, some coding work, and we'd need to add more options to the client.

I don't think it bothers many people, this is the first time I recall seeing this kind of post in the 20k so far. So I'd like to avoid having to do any of that work, because we can spend that time more profitably on things that are more widely requested.

Minor bug playing in the browser.

Some sports match finished meaning I'd cleared a sportsbetting bonus and a big banner like the one that says "You've cleared a bonus!" on the main website window also appeared across the top of the poker table window. I didn't have cards at the time but I think it had an X to close though.

I don't think so. First, I think it's not very good for new players, who typically play too loose. This is made even worse. Second, there isn't much traffic. If we captured the whole market, we don't gain much. To that extent that we do capture the market, we split our own liquidity into the bargain. I'm afraid I'd prefer to spend development time elsewhere.

There is no way to insert a bet amount manually from what I can understand. You have to use the slider and then click the big green button to bet that amount. Everything up to the last option (not all-in), in this case 4x, works great because of the little dots. They all represent a small blind, so you just have to click on them. But once you've got to the biggest option (4x here, potsize reraise in the case where there is an open before you), then you have to use the scroller and it just doesn't work. It'll go straight to 32bb or something and with my fat fingers I can't get it to close to where I would like to bet.

There needs to be either :

a) a box where you can enter manually a betsize
b) maybe and arrow or something on which you could press to increase your bet by say 1sb at a time
