Yesterday I updated the drivers for my GPU to the latest ones. This has resulted in the client crashing regularly (it wasn't before). May be a coincidence, but it seems to happen if the profile/challenges screen of the client is open and a challenge is passed on the tables. Sometimes it's just a complete crash with the 'program has stopped responding' message. And other times one or several tables freeze with action pending. Have to close the client via task manager but it restarts fine & the tables reopen. However, occasionally, one table doesn't restart (which you're then timed out on) and that obviously effects any other tables with sit-outs.

As others have mentioned, table prioritisation is a problem with multi-tabling. When typing a bet size on one table, and there's action on another, the client switches automatically to that table. This means I have to return to the previous table and retype amounts. If another table then requires action it switches again. Which I'm sure you appreciate is a PITA. If I remember correctly, the previous client prioritised the table order one @ a time. That was better.

Also, I'm experiencing the lag when opening tables. And when cards are dealt there's an obvious pause with the animation. This means that when UTG, the timer begins countdown before I can see the cards.

And just wanted to say thanks for answering/participating at a time when I imagine you're pretty busy.

My 0.2 cents on the UI changes

- Move "waiting for RB" "Fold" etc under the players name, under value, maybe with the same color as the players name, differnt font - as to have the table only for the cards & pot
- Add "Raise" "Call" as a text in the same place ( at the moment it appears to be color coded green/yellow, with no text)
- Make cards bigger (and add vanilla decks)
- Less color coding (or none) as it's distracting and creates the "busy" feel
- Dealer button is sometimes added between players
- Make the slider for bet size selection bigger/easier to use
- Add a sound for when you selected to enter a game in the lobby - atm there's no user feedback on selecting a game to enter until the pop-up appears, with the lag this leads to opening more tables/not being sure if you clicked or not - sound feedback for every action in game/lobby would be good

Server problems ? Software is super laggy and does not accept when i unregister from SNGs (and randomly sits me 2 minutes after unregging), auto folds, shows the "no connection" icon. My internet connection is fine. I would be more than happy to know when it will be running like it did a week ago again

The password for the advent calendar freeroll was to be "frequently announced" on Twitch from 3:30pm (no password in the first hour). I get why inflated viewer numbers help you but it's not great timing, I can't be the only one looking to give the new software a quick try before depositing?

The chat on the stream is all people asking for the password while the commentators congratulate themselves on the viewer count

The client is very very slow if I play more than five tables. With the old client I could play 10-14 tables without any problems.

Skrill and Netteller are again removed from my payment options. Is that definite now?

If you're working on the UI I want to mention the following:

You mentioned the problem of white text on yellow/orange background in the context of table clutter - I want to state that it's an even bigger problem on the call button where the amount to call is written in white on yellow, because it's too easy to just click it thinking you are calling an open and not see there was a jam elsewhere. Just temporarily changing the colour to a much darker yellow or orange should be a 5-minute job for a quick fix while you are thinking what to long-term (e.g. black text on yellow or whatever)

6-handed button positions - All fine, except when the dealer is "12 o'clock", i.e. the opponent directly opposite the user, the dealer button appears halfway between that player and the user at 2 o'clock. It should be further to the left.

One thing not reported yet afaik is that when an opponent is time-banking the red countdown thing appears next to the user's avatar rather than the avatar of the opponent thinking. When this first happened I was like "**** I'm timing out and I don't have any buttons to click".

Initial thoughts (mostly just repeating what a lot of others have said):

The blurring effect on avatars is game-breaking for me, thankfully you can turn avatars off to avoid it. It's sounds like a decent idea but it's awful in practice!

Having ticked to fold I'm still getting the sound alert for my turn (as it's folding for me). As someone else posted the alert is far too early when you're utg.

Even one-tabling I'm misreading action because of the different coloured boxes when players limp/raise/post blinds. Removing the red fold boxes and using one colour for all actions is a no-brainer. Again, sounds like a good idea to colour code actions but in practice it's a clumsy way of doing things.

Scroll wheel goes the wrong way? I've played online for 10+ years always scrolling the other way, not sure I'll get used to that. I know you like keeping things simple but can't see a downside to offer the "invert scroll wheel" option.

Casino buttons - you've said they have to be there, maybe an option so they don't automatically open the games? They seem very sensitive, could swear I clicked about an inch away from one of them and a game popped open. As it is I'll probably self-exclude from casino to guard against misclicks, in my case they're working against themselves for cross-promotion.

Tournament lobby - clicking on "Full Schedule" just gives the spinning loading screen for the last hour or so, it was working fine earlier.

Positive though is that the software runs smooth (hopefully this scales to multiple tables), old software was impossible to use for me (laptop sounded in distress with just the old lobby open!). At the smallest table size everything (visually - text, cards, stack size etc) is very clear for me (1920*1080 24-inch monitor), much clearer and easier to read than other sites at a similar table size.

Edited to add - the white text on yellow background is unreadable for me too. I use f.lux so maybe it's clearer on a brighter screen.

primarily the CALL BUTTON !! I called many times a bet by mistake, it's 5 minutes to change text colour and costs me some money every now and then....... sick

small thing about allegedly invisible edges of cards like some wrote - i have it visible all the time, so maybe it's wine too small table window (I use 4 tables on 1920/1080 and everything is good)

How did you do this totally black theme of table?

My numpad (right side of keyboard) is not working at tables, only numbers above the letters work. Is it only me?
U should guys also put some dots in numbers after thousand (1401,08 often looks like 140,08).
Would also like more clear backgrounds (1 color table 1 color background).

I would also like this - if it's not clear to people in the UK what he means, with English regional settings it would say 51,104.33 rather than 51104.33 - as it is now, it's not obvious at a glance at an MTT final table who the big stacks are - particularly when you get into 6-figure versus 5-figure stacks.

+1 to clear tables, or at least a non-green version of the "minimalist" one. the nicest would be like in pokerstars where you choose a theme and can then change the table colour within that theme (even allowing specification of an exact RGB value).

Also +1 to card back colours being not so noticeable as its yet another green thing. On sites where it's editable I tend to go for some wacky bright luminous turquoise or something like that so they stand out more.

A few things. The first is about the rectangular tables. After playing some games on the client, I get more used to it and it is not that big as a problem for me as it was. I think the major problem with this is that if you make them too small, the cards are very blurry, so you cant make them very small, which causes you to not fitting enough tables on a screen. So with a better two color card deck it will probably be a lot better.

I also want to say the new client is really testing out my computer because it is really a heavy program to run on my laptop, wasnt that bad with the old client. Im totally a not technical person so telling what goes wrong (I dont know) and also in an other language is not doable at all ;-)

Also on the new client you cant see when a ticket expires exactly. Before you could see it in hours, now just only in days. The problem that happened to me now: Earlier this evening I registered Butler league 1 for tomorrow, because I had a €2MTT expiring ''today''. Later, I wanted to play a tournament, so I unregged from BL1 to get the ticket back. I then tried to reg a tournament with the ticket. It says ticket expired. So now I cant play the tournament tonight and I also lost the €2MTT ticket. Could you please reinstate it?

Could you also please extend all my €50 UO tickets? Thansk a lot!

At last I want to say that I feel for you with all those complaints (Also my complaints) on the new client, because you are probably much more dissapointed with how this all went! Hope you can keep your head high and sort it all out, at the end Unibet still is the best place to play!

The cogwheel that updates the challenges and bonus on the tables in realtime seems to work normal now

On second thought, after playing a bit on the browser, since cant play on pc client...

I actually think it got much better, runs much smoother.

Just get rid of the "busy" feeling. In V1 it was clear enough to see what was going on, with limp, raise, reraise etc, without all the pain on the eyes. It's more confusing then helping, all those colors imo.

I see in pics, players who fold are blurred on client, wich seems terrible, on browser they are blacked out, wich is much better.

But i'm glad Andrew is listening. We'll get there.

I fixed the black screen issue!

I remember I had black screen issue with OBS in monitor capture. Turns out it can be solved same way.

For AMD (laptops, wich is mine) I have to turn the app in energy save mode:




There are also vids on youtube for Nvidea etc. Just look for:

OBS black screen "your videocard" and I'm sure it can be solved same way.

I dont know alot about Mac's in general but isnt your video card abit weak to run the client smoothly ?

Hey guys, just log into the new site. I have a few cash ticket that I was playing threw. I can seem to see how many flops I have left on them to play through. Where can I find this.

I just played a bit with them, do they get reloaded the 6days as they did in the old software?

With some table configurations (e.g. 8-handed in a tourney) the dealer button sometimes appears halfway between two people. For those of us that are positionally aware, seeing where the button is at a glance helps considerably with pre-flop play. (A few times, I got confused and thought I was in the CO in a limped pot, when I was actually in MP in an unopened pot. Or vice versa.)
FWIW, I don't have a problem with the colours of the text (it might actually be a useful visual aid), but would appreciate some extraneous clutter (i.e. unnecessary text) being removed.

This is probably just a personal preference, but with the hand replayer I wish it would default to showing the board on the river instead of the start of the last hand. I hate clicking several buttons when all I want to know is what hands got shown down. The replayer is pretty, but it makes me miss the old dealer chat, because that used to be a very quick source of info.

I also wouldn't mind if we had both replayer and old Dealer chat, it looks very odd without it.
Also the control buttons for replay could be bigger.

I'm using windows vista and I'm unable to install latest update. I also made a few attempts to use the browser client (in firefox and chrome with add-ons/extensions disabled) and it doesn't get past the first loading screen. I have a cash game token expiring shortly and would appreciate it if you would credit its value to the sportsbook as I'm unable to access poker.
