The problem has been off-and-on for me all day despite an email from support saying the issue has been fixed.

Try the browser link on the previous page that SleazyP84 provided as that has worked consistently without a problem.

According to the community site, the beta version is now properly blocked in the regulated markets.

If people want to see 20 flops for the promo they can still do it single-tabling in the old version while they play elsewhere.

How far down is traffic though? - Subjectively it doesn't seem to have dropped as much as you would expect if everyone is 1-tabling or 4-tabling.

No one has reported here that they can use it.

On the other hand, last night the tournaments made their guarantees but the level seemed maybe weaker (won two MTTs in the same night

)

Problem off and on all day today. Support told me it was fixed, but that is not the case.

To those using the Beta Browser version, please note the following:

1. Don't use the backspace when changing betting amount as it that will drop you off (I now put a post-it note over mine);

2. There apparently is a timer for how long you can use it because right in the middle of a SNG it said my "session expired" and logged me off (I kid you not I flopped top set and villain donked into me when it happened

)

Also problem loging in for the past 2 days.
But the problem is support. They refuse to aknowledge problem is on their side and suggest reinstalling software etc.
Also I believe they are not well spoken (i'm not native speaker either) as their tone often intentionaly or unintentionaly grows hostile.

I have both problems; as I said, unibet.com is often down and when you click login on comunity site, it redirects you to unibet.com for login and there is your problem.

I just managed to login to community. I accessed unibet.co.uk through "account history" in the client. At the same time I clicked sign in and it magically gave me the login page.

Not sure if its connected though. It might just be the 1 in 10 times I get through.

Edit:
I just tested it. Closed all browsers and logged out of client. couldn't access login again. Then I logged in to client and went to account history, tried to login and it worked. So it must bypass .com.
