If I'm earning various tickets that I want to convert to a playthrough bonus whilst playing through the starter bonus can I do this in fell swoop when I've cleared the starter bonus (including expired tickets) or do I need to keep contacting support to do a few at a time (before they expire)? Thanks. As you say, the rules can get quite complicated. I think the first to add is a table merging system. Adding two different systems at a similar time mean they might interact in weird ways that I'd rather not have to figure out in advance.

I'm afraid the answer is no to all of your questions. I don't want to mix the satellite economies because it messes up guarantees & estimates for entrants.

I also want to keep DBI & qualification separate. It would be a bit unfair to have a satellite last longer to include direct buyins.

I'm not going I'm afraid, but David should be. It's a busy time of the year because the marketing departments are setting their budgets for 2017. I'm travelling around a lot, persuading people to spend money on poker.

I was asking if I could just contact support when I've finished the starter bonus to convert all the SNG, MTT etc tickets (active and expired) I've unlocked at once into a playthrough bonus rather than asking a few times a week to convert tickets before they expire (less work for both sides!) If so then it's obviously a special arrangement he's not meant to tell you about and you're not meant to tell us about. Perhaps he lives at the opposite side of the world to where the UO events are held.

Thanks Lektor, Vatroslav, you're both right. We don't exchange UO tickets to non-UO tickets. I'll exchange UO PACKAGES under certain conditions (like when someone has two due to Challenges, or if they live too far away to economically travel to the event), but that's it.

It's probably better to do it before they expire. It's fine to just convert them into €10 bonuses or whatever though.

Player Pitkkhaalid was chipdumping in NL4. Weird thing was: it didn't look like he was working together with sb else, he just raised to almost his full stack and folded to anyone who raised him.

I believe you were in at least one of the UO satties I was trying to play. It's pretty hard to play satty bubbles correctly when you can't see how many players have entered or how many will get paid.
FWIW I busted both my games pretty quickly, so never even got to the bubble stage. After restarting the client a couple of times mid-game to see if that fixed the lobbies (I got the "white box of death" on the login page once when restarting), I quit for the evening. Presumably the servers had a problem. I haven't logged on to check again.

I'd like to report a case of (without much doubt) collusion in today's €150 GTD Lunch Multi-Speed (ID: 4108818).
There were three players entering the MTT with 10xBuyin stacks under the Aliases: Fidnlj6 ; Fidgnlj7 ; Fidgnlj8 (this striking similarity in their Aliases already raising an eye-brow)

With this 10-buyin strategy they were of course very likely to end up at the same tables at some point and get the collusion-party going...
So I opened their tables as an Observer to check for irregularites in case they were to end up at the same table, which caused me to have even more suspicions, as not only were these perky tards sharing almost the same Aliases, no to round it up they all chose to share the red-Devillady avatar:

Of course two of those geniuses would end up at my table and entertain with a lot of peculiar plays. If one of them raised pre the other would always come along trying to attack the blinds as a cool duo -or reraise insane amounts trying to get rid/or isolate a third player:

If one of them would become alarmingly short while the other was still decently stacked. Hey, how about doubling your fellow friend by calling his All-in with 55 on a 6KQ-flop (when the other bloke flopped a pair obv):

Luckily, they sucked at poker in general and in colluding as well. Plus, I was pretty sure the other regular player at my table was well aware of what was going on. Yet annoying the sh** out of me, because it forced me to stall to the max (even with a decent stack when I would usually try to apply pressure) as It always felt like going against two players at the same time. Thus, getting into pushorfold-mode more quickly, which is less favourable for the colluders, especially if they have no clou about shoving ranges.

End of story, I managed to bust one of the guys on the bubble (boy, that felt good) while the only colluder left cashed 6th position for 28.50€ netting them a nice little combined €11.50 loss.
A great story they can tell their grandchildren by the fireplace.

Sry for wall of text, but I was too tilted at the time they were at my table. Would be cool if you could pass this on to the department in charge so their accounts are closed for good.
