hello andrew,

i wanna report alexandra from the english support...

i just wanna ask if the pokerclient is working atm, and she asking me about to answer the security question before she answer this question.

wtf is this?! comeone i just asking if the pokerclient working and she make such a drama insteed answer it with "yes,all works fine" or "no, client is atm down,sry"...


what is this for a timewasting support..... i really like to play on unibet but expirience of the support is so bad, there are such people that really of no clue about. maybe they just looks nice to get this job?!

sry for this offense post but cant be true if i contact the support and it start with that i have to w8 like 5mins until alexandra says "hi" and it takes some mins more to put in one more sentence....

this was not my first expirience with a no clue support.....

it is standard question and you are not polite.

is something like a routine , she cant say "oh paqment is not working" she must complete a routine . this is how the system works ! she was polite and you were rude

wasnt u the guy that was crying some post here that unibet was rigged etc? pls put ur nose into ur buisness.

e/ think about i would put some anonym email into the chat, then support not answer the question about this?

this is a gerneral question! and there have to be no securtity or secrets about this question.

i dont really understand what has to do with some post of mine from this threat with your "report"

if you neverr worked in a company you ll never know how things works , they do have supervisors who reads every conversation and they need to respect that routine.

was syaing other 4 people including me that client is not working and if you were trying to move your web page to the unibet community forum you should know that was something from unibet.

but i really dont ge it how it makes you be smarter acting so rude with a support person with what i was saying about riggness or something else.

I think we should be very glad with the support of Unibet.
I always get someone on the chat within 5 minutes, they are always nice and helpfull.
When i want to change tickets it is done within 15 minutes.
There are a lot of rooms that don't even have chat support and you have to wait 72 hours before you get a response on an email.

i could bring xxxxx example for ur dude. but u wont understand it because u just seeing one side.

dont think i would report it if its happend the first time, its more about experience with the support the last 2months and its really bad.

now for u senor a example: iam unregister user and going to support and asking about a bonus. (dont forget iam unregistered user). so support gonna ask me security question about my bonus question as an "unregistered user"? thats means i wont get any infos about a GENERAL QUESTION!

thats the think iam talking about but u wont get it

It'll just be a standard procedure so they know who they are talking to. We can all appreciate that it would have been a simple question to answer, if the support person you spoke to had all the information, but as it had just happened I don't think the support team was fully aware.

Asking you for your security details speeds up any enquires about refunds, so for every person that just wants to know if the server is down there are probably as many or more asking if the server is down AND can they get refunds.

On the plus side, the client appears to be working now.

I would like to convert my mtt and sng tickets to a bonus. I know I should make a topic at the Unibet forum, but because I am a dutch player, I am not allowed to register an account there.
Why is that?
And what can I do to convert my tickets?

Live Chat/Email Support for ticket conversions. I think it's some legal stuff as to why Dutch players can't register.. but I'm guessing

First impressions of Unibet software is that it looks pretty slick. But there are a couple things that I'd need to change for it to be playable:

Is it possible to make the smallest table size any smaller?
And more importantly, is there a way of turning off sound effects but still having alert sounds? It's impossible to play without them, but if you have a few tables open and all sounds enabled the noise is ridiculous.

And i'm guessing that's you up in 8th place on this week's leaderboard (as of this post), congratulations. I'm way down in 50th although in my defence i'm only playing the €4 SnGs.

Yup that's me, getting straight flushes in the 25s helps. Could be more but I have been a bit lazy on the poker front. Only played like 3 hours average per day. Drop to 10th now so will have to play a little bit and will hopefully hold in the 6-10 spots.
