dont think i would report it if its happend the first time, its more about experience with the support the last 2months and its really bad.
now for u senor a example: iam unregister user and going to support and asking about a bonus. (dont forget iam unregistered user). so support gonna ask me security question about my bonus question as an "unregistered user"? thats means i wont get any infos about a GENERAL QUESTION!
