We think that when you have auto top-up, the people who don't use it are generally new to the game. We'd like to avoid giving clues about who is new (this is also why we don't auto-post on join). You're right that it's a popular request, but I think the pros outweigh the cons at the moment.

An off-the-cuff idea that I haven't though through yet, but I wonder if it'd work to award an auto top-up feature to people who get far enough through the loyalty scheme? It's a pretty dodgy precedent (play more to get all the features!) but it'd avoid some of the problems we have with auto top-up for everyone. Of course, now it'd mean that people who don't use auto top-up haven't reached 1m points or whatever, but that's an improvement.

Do you have any more details of what happens? I'd like to track down the problem but we don't have much to go on at the moment. This is the second or third time it's come up.

Afraid not. One of the ways that we can get Unibet to spend resources on building poker is to increase the cross-sell from poker to other products. To keep the support of the rest of the company we need to give them benefits too, and this is one of them.

Aha, one of the guys at the developers has found the problem. If there are several tables in the queue for pending actions and a new pending action arises, that new action goes to the front of the queue instead of the back. This is more of a problem when you cascade tables than when you tile, but not many people are using cascade at the moment.

A fix won't make it into the release on the 29th, but hopefully it'll be fixed in the late-Nov release.

But I get its a key part of business model!;(

Andrew, in terms of the auto top up. Can you allow it at certain levels i.e.NL25 and above or NL50 and above? I'm playing at NL25 and so far this month ok at PLO25 and there really aren't any recs only regs all of whom want auto top up (or all of them on here anyhow, me included). If you are multi-tabling then it is a pain to have to top up esp. if all of the people you are playing against are regs. Just my thoughts, Adrian

I think it probably depends what your definition of regs vs. casual players is, but I think it's MORE of a problem as you move up because the type of casual player who normally sportsbets and sometimes plays poker for fun will likely sit in bigger games.

Yup. They used to take ~8400 hands and now they take ~2500 hands. I realised about a week into this month that we don't actually advertise that, which isn't ideal. I'll see if we can get a banner made that explains it.

Sure, done. That Challenge takes 3,300 hands as an average over our whole player base, but I think you're a bit tighter than the average player base, so it'll take a bit longer. You've also been pretty unlucky with it obviously.

It's because you saw 4 flops yesterday from 1210 to 1221, but the mission requires 10 flops.

We've updated the tourney schedule a bit. 3 guarantees are down and 33 are increased. There're also three new tournaments - a €25 Saturday Stack satellite on Sun-Mon at 2010 CET, a €50 MTT on Sun-Mon at 2000 CET, and a €10 deepstack at 2030 CET on Mon-Fri.

I didn't change any Unibet Open satellites or any freerolls. The guarantees for normal tournaments used to add up to €239k per month, now it's €294k.

It may take a while for the schedule to be entirely synchronised because the tournaments were updated today and yesterday, but some tournaments were already deployed from the old schedule.
