Caught up to yesterday.

There's definitely some merit to this. I picked the 1m mark essentially because it was a round number with a big gap to the next level. There's no reason why it couldn't be the 500k mark.

But we can't set it at 10k because the lower level of Challenges is so valuable. If we set the mark too low, we massively increase the cost of Challenges, which we'd have to cover elsewhere in the payouts.

Maybe this is a reasonable way of doing things for Q4, I'll see what it'd cost.

I think that because the lower end is so valuable, we could make it so that the lower end players do the best from this.

I know this isn't quite what you're saying, but maybe we could cap the amount that rolls over?

I believe this was a mistake in paying an affiliate thing out, should be fixed now. We do our collusion/etc refunds in one big lump (our systems for this suck so we can't do them efficiently if we go for one by one), the next is likely to be next Friday.

At the moment we refund all of the damage done, rather than all of the money seized. The former should work out as a lot more than the latter.

I'm afraid that this kind of account question is handled site-wide rather than specifically with poker, so I don't know much about it. I know of a couple other people in this situation and it works, but I don't know what they had to do to get there. If you contact regular support they should be able to help.

If your account currency is GBP, it'll convert when you buy in to tables, then re-convert when you leave. It uses that day's spot rate to make the conversion, so we don't charge anything/make any money from it.

There isn't a first deposit bonus, it's just a welcome bonus. If you check the software out and don't play to start with, let me know when you start and I can extend it/credit a new one.

It's fine to run these programs while playing on other sites. PT4 doesn't support us, and we don't have hand histories that can be exported, so it's not a problem.

Yeah, a cap or % of points earned would be fair. With the % you can scale it so that if you've earned 550K for example you would get 25% of the unused points (12500) the next quarter but if you earn 55K you get 10% (500).

I don't know the math to make it work well but you get the idea

You don't need to do anything to get the payment here though, and I think that's a big difference. Loyalty spend is much higher than it is for a coffee shop, and I don't want to spend money without an upside. I'd assume from this comment that you want the former, but if someone doesn't know poker then they're going to be totally lost. I think that's what's happening with support sometimes.

Support should be able to tell you how many times you've seen x flops at y stake over what date range. You may have to hold their hand a little about what you want to see though. They have the reports, but they probably don't know much about how the promo works.

Some suggestions:

I think nobody needs button sit out next hand while playing sng's. I ts good idea to remove thing.

Sometimes Unibet has some technical problems and we have to restart the client so it will be nice to make something after restart that will be sit in back automatically after disconnection that i dont have to click on every table that i am back. Maybe one button for all tables?

Third thing is to make login up for the client automatically that i dont have to write every time my login and password. Maybe just password?

By the way this version of client on sngs works perfectly. Played not many cash hands and had also the same strange dissapearing cards/players situations

Hi Andrew, Just thought I'd mention that I'm also seeing these glitchy screen where the avatar and screen name and stack total disappears, for a hand at a time, before reappearing when a hand finishes.

I commented on this earlier in the thread, but I had a similar thing happen to me yesterday.
Playing an MTT, I got the message "Tables are being balanced, you are being moved to a new table". I think there were 21 players still in the tourney at this point (late reg was still available, so I'm not sure). The first hand on the "rebalanced" table looked like this:

After I folded, normality was restored...

...so I think the tables were rebalanced correctly, it's just that not all the avatars appeared on the first hand. [EDIT: Or maybe not. I've just noticed that Santa Claus had the button two hands running.]
(I forgot to check the hand history to confirm if everyone was invisibly sitting in on the first of these two hands, but the devs can check the hand # if they need to).

An additional issue (presumably related to Adobe Air) was that the tourney lobby stopped updating, so I eventually had to log out and back in again to find out how many players were still in the tourney.

I don't know the precise specs of my PC, but it's old and runs Windoze 7, but it usually handles up to 6 tables without issue. I think I only had 2 tables running at the time of the "bug".

I was in Spain for a liveament and was hanging out with some Scottish guys and when I ordered a Carlsberg at the bar they looked at me as if I was on crack. In Canada the Carlsberg version is actually a pretty good beer but the euro version of it is just crap.

If you choose a nationality when logging in, the client will remember your username. It's a security risk to also have it save your password.
