Hi! I have been playing on unibet for a few days and it has been a good experience. Then today the client has sat me out suddenly on about 5-10 occasions in cash games and I have had to close down and log out in the middle of hands. Also this has happened for two HU sitngos. 1 for 1€ and the other just now for 10€ It takes so long to reload and get back so I have almost blinded out. I play on mac. The client updated this morning and all the problems seem to have started than. I thought I better report having problems on macs since this last update!

Cash is unplayable atm, tables freezing all the time.

Are you on the mac client too? What happens when the tables freeze?

Im on PC,it just stays frozen and after a while global sitout activates.

Might the problem be CPU lag? If you load the task manager, what percentage of CPU usage are you getting for Unibet Poker?

depending on the resolution i use and number of tables i play the cpu can get nearly maxed out but always before i would get lag on the tables that i would take as a warning and never random tables stopping. I was playing a comfy number of tables that my cpu can normally handle fine and i got tables crashing still after restarting a few times.

Guess still cant rule out cpu problems but i thought it was noteworthy with another same report and the client never reacting like this before even with high cpu usuage

It looks like the lag is due to the client release from today. The developers are looking for a solution... It's pretty frustrating as a very similar thing happened last month too just as we started to do well.

You no longer are forced to upgrade from 1.5.0 to 1.6.0. Anyone who has the freezing problems: could you try installing 1.5.0 instead please and see if you still have problems please?

What's table prioritization? Are there any other significant features in 1.6?

Table prioritisation is where tables popup when it's your turn to act. I'm holding off on posting the release notes until everything actually works, we might have to roll back to the older version.

Ok, so this has been a pretty bad poker day for me unfortunately. I was doing well up till all the frezzing and stuff. But I guess I ran low on patience and also took some of the hits to my BR because of the technical stuff.

Andrew, for your benefit though I now know what the problem is. If I am all in, in any cash game or sitngo and win the all in, the table freezes. To get back in the game, I have to restart the program. This takes a while and a when I am back if I am not blinded out yet, and win another all in...I have to log in and out. Also, I am always sat out a few hands after I log back and just watching my stack shrink.

So I don't know if this is a mac problem. Also there have been more freezing and sitting out in the middle of hands that seem to be part of some other problem. Suddenly the global sitout hits and can't be turned off.

Hope this helps. The last nick I used was Jorjeeee. But I have used another as well.

I also wrote the support asking if there could be any compensation and it seems they will look into it and come back to me via email. I will probably wait for a while until I get back on unibet since all these problems really effect my way of playing, even when it's working.

I think the site will be splendid once all these problems have been solved. I really do.

Had the same problem as Syrgas, table freez and i have to close the table or the client or it will put me sit out on all tables.
My second problem, i won 10EU mtt, and i can`t use it to 1EU multy buy in tournament. 2 days ago there was no problem.
3rd please move the button for adding cash to table back to the left, it`s confusing 1st of all and second, i always miss click on home.

The big detail missing is blind structure and when next level is, as this should impact push fold decisons, that's why i miss the lobby in sng.

i have like 10 1euro tickets i dunno if its possible to exchange them vs cash, if not i can give them if someone is interested (if it's possible too).

Played a cash session for about an hour and never experienced any lag or freezing at any point whilst playing 4 tables.
After downloading the new version it even seems that table seating happens quicker for me.

Tho I had to delete all my unibet stuff on my pc to be able to install the new version as it wasnt letting me install it otherwise for whatever reason, altho not the biggest deal...

Still a bug with the table pop up, eventho the tables pop up when action is required (which is great),
I frequently have to click to 'activate' the table before I can click on any button...
so basicly Im still clicking twice but it looks pretty random to me as half of the time it works and half of the time I have to click twice... bit weird...

Another thing I forgot before is when we start a cashtable we get that auto top-up pop up right away but that doesnt happen on my ipad.

And also, how come u cant play a tournament on an ipad?

Turned off and it still happens.Also froze twice in a tournament when moving to a new table.

I have the same issue of having to click the table twice.
