A random thought: When next you meet up with the Tallinn techs, (The Excellent Experts of Estonia) it would be great if one of them would scratch down of the back of an envelope, either a) a way to run the client natively on a Linux PC (this would be great) or b) a script or simple instructions to run it with WINE or PoL or similar. It really would be a good thing. I have got as far as loading it with PoL/Wine but get to the log-in screen, which is blank. Bloody annoying, because I know I did the same with Winamax, (also Adobe Air), but can't remember the tweakage I applied for that last step...
(I wish I was more cleverer than I am) But honestly, years ago........ "Devilfish Poker" (RIP) was written in Java, and only needed a little tweak and it ran perfectly on a Linux box. "Devilfish" only offered an .exe (Windows) download, but, some kindly techie-type wrote a little script, and YAY! I could play poker on my PC without all the extra faffage, expense and arse-ache of having a Windows machine, or even a VM... This would be a VERY GOOD THING. Not only for me, but for all Linux users..
