That can't be right, at least for the minor ones. Most of the ones I was able to calculate were around 600 hands on average.

After you figured out what went wrong for me (prob the 10x 1€ UO tickets), i have the next conversion request
1x daily4 + 1€ SNG into 5€ Bonus
1x 5€ Entitled into 5x 1€ Entitled
2x 4€ UKT into 8x 1€ UKT
1x 50€ UO + 5x 25€ UO into 1x 1€ UO + 20x 2€ UO + 6x 4€ UO + 11x 10€ UO

First of all, lobby problems from yesterday. That's the second time it's happened and we aren't sure why yet, except that the system that sends the tourney feeds out has stopped working. We can solve it with a restart, but that's not good obviously. We're investigating.
Secondly, connection problems this morning. Relax's (the developers) ISP had router problems overnight and they're fixing it at the moment. Hopefully that's the end of the problems for today.
If you have any refund requests for either, please contact support.
Thirdly, I'm obviously way behind on this thread. My plan is to make a post for each day, so next I'll do 28th Dec. It's possible that I'll have caught up by the end of the day but it's not certain.
Finally, I thought I'd mention that Dec was our best month since relaunch, and that yesterday was our best day, so things are still going pretty well despite some of these technical problems. Unfortunately these aren't something I can do anything about personally, but Relax are working hard to resolve them.

I've heard this a few times. I guess I can see the appeal, but I'm not sure if I like it still. I don't think it's good for the games for bad players to feel bad about winning when they get lucky. If we did this then I think I'd prefer it only appeared on your side, which kind of defeats the purpose.

It's the kind of thing that always sounds like a good idea to me, but if you look at PokerStars home games, or the private tournaments that we used to have on MPN, they basically don't work. I seem to recall that PS home games was about 1% of its revenue, and private tourneys on MPN were less.
Off the top of my head, I can't really think of a way to do it better than either of those sites do, so I don't think it'd be worth the development effort.

hi I wonder if your 3rd line support expert, could look into a case I have pending at the moment, I was headsup in an mtt and got disconnected, with 10bbs and came back to have ~1bb, which I think pretty heavily hindered my chances of finishing first, my opponent had won the last 3 hands or so to swing the chip lead I was the chipleader before this. I talked to support on Saturday and they said someone would be in touch Sunday but no one got back to me, here's a screenshot showing the hand # just before the disconnect box came up, before this for a few seconds the client didn't respond and I had tried to hit the more time option to no avail, I also googled the time in google to show my internet connection was ok, if someone could check it out that would be great, thanks
