The policy is:
If you win one package via any method, alternatively we can convert it to €1k of tickets. This is a reduced amount because we get a lot of value having players go to these events - we think it keeps them as players for longer, and we get good press. This is also why we effectively subsidise UO satellites with overlays at the lower end.

It's a good deal , if i win a package you can convert €1K in MTT/SNG tickets.

The latest client release has some pretty bad effects on my computer (all of them things I've never had before this release)
- Sometimes when I'm playing a lot of tables and I want to add another one, the client crashes and I have to restart unibet. Sucks because of the time-outs ofc
- I've noticed that after some playing I'm not able to go to my private page in the client anymore (where you can checkup on your challenge progress etc). Only fixable with a client restart.

They don't exchange cash tickets where you have already started. If you see a flop with a cash ticket though the expiry date goes back to one week away, so play an orbit with it and then go back to the Christmas food and drink, it'll be waiting for you in the new year
