It's about the disconnections from last week when I was playing a bunch of MTT's (bad timing to try to go for the MTT league high leaderboard) and it started disconnecting over and over again, and tables not opening, and tournament lobbies being completely broken all night. I've attached screenshots to the mail. I usually had good experiences with Unibet support but this time not that great. I sent the mail the next day but haven't received a single response in a week and today when I contacted live chat support for the 4'th time they said there's nothing to be refunded because "You managed to finish" (not in the money, just finished

I don't know how the refund policy works, and it's possible that I don't deserve any refunds, but I would still like to check with you guys first.
