Because you're slowing the game down. If you can't make decisions fast enough, play fewer tables.
I think it's a brilliant system that helps to stop bumhunters/mass-tablers from killing the site, and I say that as someone who gets irritated when I mis-click and accidentally sitout. I've timed out a few times too, but that's my problem, not Unibet's. Fast games are good games. If people take too much time, they should be "punished" by missing a hand or two.

Completely agree. As long as you can keep up with your tables there is no problem and if you cant you shouldn't be playing so many tables! Also discourages people sitting out when fish goes bust while they wait to see if they reload.

Every session I time out on one of my tables and it hurts me... if it didn't hurt me I'd likely time out 10 times a session and that would hurt the overall player base via slowgames. Good rule by Unibet.

I like that aswell i sometimes get timed out aswell but its my own fault

Also pokerstars released some info on the 3day strike when regs boycotted the tables. It seems tables were alot better and so was the ecosystem.

Remember I posted before about a "bug" where I get banners in the client linking to UK-based promos on the .co.uk website because my account language is English even though I'm not in the UK?

Just to let you know it's still there - for example when I click the MTT league banner it takes me to a .co.uk page with the start times of the tournaments in GMT, whereas if I find the page through google I get the same thing on your .com page with the start times in CET.

Hi Andrew, Made a huge mistake when asking for €50 cash tickets. Will never clear them even with extended expiry. I thought when i use one ticket all will get reset daily. If possible could you change 400 worth to 4 x 100 sat stack and 400 worth to 50 sngs please.

Re the power of 2 thing. I get your point on collusion with sngs. I was thinking more along the line of milestone promo where as an achievement you get x amount of tickets/chances to participate in a double up challenge. First prize for x amount consecutive double ups would be the guaranteed prize money. Less chance of collusion as target figure is much higher, no chat function and random table selection.

Good to see bounty tournaments. The best promo i saw last year was a daily freeroll. The person who collected the most bounties over a week got a fantastic prize. They got huge numbers on this. Pirahn

hey unibet not sure what happened with my tickets today they were all converted ok earlier today, (2x25 and some 10's) but i just logged in to play the 25 euro mtt, and my 25's have all be converted into 10's... so i cant register for the 25.

I guess it'll happen sometimes just kind of annoying! Obv very happy to have the ability to covert tickets here though in spite of this whatever happened in the few hours since i have been logged out!

It's about the disconnections from last week when I was playing a bunch of MTT's (bad timing to try to go for the MTT league high leaderboard) and it started disconnecting over and over again, and tables not opening, and tournament lobbies being completely broken all night. I've attached screenshots to the mail. I usually had good experiences with Unibet support but this time not that great. I sent the mail the next day but haven't received a single response in a week and today when I contacted live chat support for the 4'th time they said there's nothing to be refunded because "You managed to finish" (not in the money, just finished )

I don't know how the refund policy works, and it's possible that I don't deserve any refunds, but I would still like to check with you guys first.

Can you confirm if i qualified for both the low and high double trouble this week. I checked with live support and they said I did as i had dropped 200 odd euros at cash, but there was a little bit of confusion (as they asked if i wanted sng and mtt included, i said no) and i just want to check if the info i was given was correct, that as things stand currently i have qualified for both double troubles next week.

I ask because if i play any more cash this week it will likely be 10nl max, and for the sake of a couple of buyins i dont want to lose the opportunity to play the bigger double trouble, but if i havent qualified i'll just carry on and play cash, otherwise i'll focus on mtts exclusively for the weekend.
